Hi,

Thanks for the video and update. I’m using Chrome as well, but it’s working as it should on my end. Could you try using an incognito window, or try restarting it, to see if that helps please?

Hey luisfelipealmeida,

Thanks for the login details. I see that you are getting a 500 internal server error on the admin-ajax.php WordPress file. I’m not sure why that is unfortunately, could you try disabling all plugins to see if that makes any difference please? If it does, then you can activate them back one by one, to see why the problem starts happening again.

If disabling plugins doesn’t change anything, then it’s likely that there is a server setting which needs to be adjusted. I would advice that you try reaching out to your hosting provider for help, if that should be the case.

I checked what you linked to yes, but it’s impossible for us to say why Google is not listing your site in their SERPs. If the site is new, then I would advice that you wait at least a few weeks before you start checking the SERPs.

Thanks for the update. I can’t see why the animations are not working on tablet unfortunately, but you can try this in Quick CSS in order to display the milestone icons in the final animation state all the time:
```
@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) {
span.milestone_icon {
  animation: none !important;
  opacity: 1 !important;
}
}
```
