Hi,
Thanks for the update.
Footer widget headers; I’m seeing the same size on the front and sub pages on my end, could you try loading the site in an incognito or private browser window to see if that helps please?
Font size in the main menu; I’m seeing the same size on the home and sub pages here as well, please refer to the answer above.
Cookie message;
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
span.cn-notice-text { font-size: 18px; color: red; } .cn-button.wp-default { color: white; background: green; font-size: 20px; }Best regards,
RikardHey dcdesignhouse,
I’m not sure exactly what happened there, but it looks like you forgot to close some markup, which broke the layout builder. I’ve cleaned it up for you, and it seems to be working as it should now.
If you need to start from scratch, then we can give you the shortcodes for the demo page. You need to enable debug mode, if you want to add shortcodes manually to a page: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode

RikardMay 8, 2021 at 8:12 am in reply to: How to reduce font size for copyright symbol in Special Heading field #1299083Hi John,
Please try to wrap the symbol in a span like so:
<span class="copyright-header">Copyright</span>Then add this to Quick CSS:
.copyright-header { font-size: 16px !important; }You don’t need to pay any attention to the warning in the Special Heading element, as long as you close the markup you add properly.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

Thanks for the login details. I’m seeing error message coming from the SG Optimiser, could you try to disable that to see what happens then please? If nothing changes, then please try disable all other plugins as well, to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them.

RikardMay 8, 2021 at 7:58 am in reply to: Equivalent Mobile Redirect not working with Comet Cache Plugin #1299078Hi Joe,
Debugging problems caused by third party plugins is out of scope of theme support unfortunately. Did you try enabling one of the default WordPress themes to see what happens then? If the same problem happens after that, then it’s not theme related.
If it is theme related, then you might want to check for a different redirect plugin, to see if that works better with your current setup.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad to hear that it’s working as it should. If you need to add a restriction again, then please refer to the Google Maps API documentation on how to properly implement it.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. It looks like you have simply forgot to close the CSS block. Please try this instead:
.inner_product_header_cell > .price, .inner_product_header_cell > .woocommerce-de_price_taxrate, .inner_product_header_cell > .woocommerce_de_versandkosten { display: none !important; }Best regards,

Could you post a link to where we can see the problem you are having please? If you want to send us a video, then you upload it to a service like Google Drive or Dropbox, then link to it here.
Best regards,
RikardHey Ramon,
The second theme options is supposed to read Theme Extensions, it looks like the translation has not been added to German.
Please try this in Quick CSS in order to hide the extra WPML menu:
li#menu-item-wpml-ls-2-de { display: none; }Best regards,
RikardMay 8, 2021 at 7:27 am in reply to: Display of Longer Blog Titles in the Blog Posts Content Element #1299071Hey NicomIT,
This CSS from your style.css file seems to be causing that:
.post-meta-infos { top: -75px; margin-top: 15px; width: 100%; display: block; }Please try removing or alter that CSS.
Best regards,
RikardHi Tim,
I can’t reproduce this problem on a test installation, and we haven’t had any reports that this is not working from other users either. Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

Thanks for the login details. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.2) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

RikardHi Boris,
I’m not able to view the page you linked to unfortunately, I’m seeing this message:
Due to protection of web servers from repeated attacks, we were forced to restrict access to administrative interface of web pages to selected countries. If you are currently in a foreign country, please sign in to WebAdmin, proceed to your domain management and disable this GeoIP filter in CMS section.
Which countries are allowed to access your site?

Thanks for the update. If you need to align that text for different screen sizes, then please use this CSS inside of an appropriate media query:
.slideshow_caption { width: 50%; }Then adjust the value to your needs.

RikardHi Tina,

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I can see that the backend of your site is loading very slowly on my end as well, but this is not a general problem with the theme, so we’ll have to do general debugging.
First off, could you try updating the theme and WordPress to the latest versions, to see if that changes anything please? If not, then please try to disable all plugins, and file compression under Enfold->Performance.
Best regards,
RikardHi Franz,
Thanks for the updates. I can’t reproduce the problem you are describing on a test installation: http://wpexpert.se/enfold/masonry-gallery-test-3/
The test installation you linked to is not working, would you be able to create another one so that we can update and run some tests?

Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I adjusted the top margin value for the first white space element in the middle cell, and that looks good on my end. If it doesn’t work on all screen sizes, then you might have to use custom CSS, instead using top margin in the element options.
Best regards,
