RikardMay 16, 2021 at 8:43 am in reply to: Enfold Demo – Error: cURL error 28 Connection timed out #1300518Hi Jorge,
Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider to check if they know what the problem is please? It’s likely only a server setting which needs to be changed.
Best regards,
RikardHey Webmaster,
I’m not sure I understand your intentions, do you want different height for the element in question for smaller mobile screens maybe? If so, then you add more than one media query, like so:
@media only screen and (min-width: 300px) and (max-width: 767px) { #pageheaderhomepage { background: url('https://hidealoo.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/05/hidealoo-banner-page-portrait-white-bg-769x1200-1.jpeg') left top no-repeat scroll; height: 300px; min-height: 300px; } } @media only screen and (max-width: 299px) { #pageheaderhomepage { background: url('https://hidealoo.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/05/hidealoo-banner-page-portrait-white-bg-769x1200-1.jpeg') left top no-repeat scroll; height: 200px; min-height: 200px; } }Best regards,

Hi,
Thanks for that. I see that you are getting a 404 error on the WordPress file in private, could you try reaching out to your hosting provider to check if they can see why that is please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. You can set the button border radius under Enfold->Advanced Styling. If you want to edit it using CSS, then you can try this in Quick CSS:
.avia-button { border-radius: 3px; }Best regards,

RikardMay 16, 2021 at 8:23 am in reply to: Links on Images & Buttons Changing to set Manually When Translated Using WPML #1300512Hi,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure we can do much about that unfortunately, if they need to be updated manually. When exactly did this problem occur? Also, are you sure that the problem is theme related? We haven’t had any other users report this problem, so it might be related to WPML only.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I tried adding your token to the theme options, but it seems like it doesn’t have the correct permissions. Please refer to this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#toggle-id-5

I don’t think you should have any problems updating WordPress to the latest version, but I would recommend that you create a backup of you site anyway, in case something should go wrong. If you want to be extra careful, then please update on a staging version of the site first.
Best regards,
RikardHi 4m,
Could you post a link to an example page where you want to implement this please?

RikardMay 15, 2021 at 4:36 am in reply to: Icon list – Icon Font Colors correct in preview but not on an actual webpage #1300450Hi Gašper,
There was a # missing in front of the background colour in the options. I’ve added that for you, and it’s working as it should now. Please review your site.

I can’t see anything like that on my end, could you post a screenshot or screencast of the problem please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Susanne,
1. I tried changing the font in the theme theme settings, and it’s applying on my end. Please see private. I’m not sure I understand the problem you are having on your end, could you try explaining it a bit further please?
2. The screenshots you posted are both resulting in 403 errors, so we can’t view them.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

No, that is the WordPress login page. We can’t access that without the details for the login prompt in the screenshot I sent.

RikardHi blaisen,

RikardHey (Email address hidden if logged out) ,
This CSS is causing that to happen:
#top .isotope-item { padding-right: 10px; padding-bottom: 10px; }I’ve removed it from Quick CSS for you, and it’s displaying as it should now.

RikardMay 14, 2021 at 5:17 am in reply to: Homepage not working on online mode, works only on admin mode #1300245Hey Federica,
I can’t see any difference when comparing your front page when logged in and not logged in. Could you try using a different browser to see if that helps please?
Best regards,
RikardHey ingredientecosmetice,
The font size and line height is editable under Advanced Styling. If those settings are not applying on your site, then please post admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look.
Best regards,
RikardHi Tina,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure why that is unfortunately, but if all your images are showing as they should, then it’s nothing to worry about.
Best regards,
RikardHey phausner,
It looks like you haven’t added billing details to the Google account which was used to create the API key. Please refer to this: https://console.cloud.google.com/project/_/billing/enable?pli=1
