If you edit a template, then it won’t change on the other pages where you have used it unfortunately. You would have to create and use a custom element in the Custom Element tab in the Layout Builder, if you want your changes to propagate across your site.

You have set the menu items which are not correct to act as mega menus under Appearance->Menus. Please edit your menu items, and uncheck the Use as Mega Menu checkbox.
