Hi Steve,
Thanks for the update. Please try this CSS instead:
.page-id-22914 .flex_column, .page-id-22914 .tw-grid__col--50 { border-color: #fff !important; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
I’m not 100% sure, but it looks like that is caused by the image being used in the middle is sized differently compared to the others. What happens if you use an image with the same dimensions as the other two?
Best regards,
RikardMay 21, 2021 at 5:22 am in reply to: Gallery images are not loaded with Enhanced Media Library after Update #1301511Hi subnoodle,
Our support is limited when it comes to debugging third party plugins unfortunately, the theme simply cannot be compatible with all plugins out there. I would suggest that you reach out to the plugin developers first of all. If you should need further help from us, then please open a new thread and include WordPress admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site. Also let us know where we can see and reproduce the problem you are having.
Best regards,

Great, I’m glad that you found a solution, and thanks for the update. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.

Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also please let us know where we can see the missing elements, and where you are seeing error messages.
Best regards,
RikardHey Pepe,
I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.8.2) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.8.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
After you have updated, then you can find the reCaptcha settings under Enfold->Google Services.
Best regards,
RikardHi again Patrick,
Our developers have come up with a solution. If you could share FTP details with us in private, then we can try to install it on your site. You could also simply wait for the next theme update. If you want us to install it for you, then please make sure that you have backups of your site, in case something should go wrong.

RikardMay 20, 2021 at 12:27 pm in reply to: Gallery shows "the image could not be loaded" on click #1301365Hi Elbnetz,
We can’t access the plugin page on your installation, could you activate that please? Also, are we allowed to temporarily disable plugins for testing purposes?
Best regards,
RikardHi Giorgio,
Please refer to this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/wrong-favicon-shown-on-pdf-download-tab/
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I temporarily activated one of the default WordPress themes, and the warning remained after that. That means that the warning is not generated by the theme. If might be coming from one of your plugins.
I’m not sure what problem you are having with the sliders, could you try to explain a bit further please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this CSS instead:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { input.text_input.is_email { background-color: #fff !important; } }And this for the blog page:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive #top #wrap_all .slide-entry { width: 100%; margin-left: 0; } }Best regards,
RikardHi Franz,
Debugging third party plugins is unfortunately out of scope of our theme support, but we would be happy to provide the plugin developer with a copy of the theme, please see private. If he wants to contact us, then he can do so via our contact form on the website.
Best regards,
RikardHi Michael,
Thanks for the update. I see that you have activated Recaptcha in the theme options, but you need to add API keys as well, otherwise it won’t work: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/contact-form/#captcha. I would recommend that you use Recaptcha version 3.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. It looks like you have set all the sections to display 100% of the browser window, and that won’t work with the images you have used. Could you try a different images and height settings maybe?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. The background image is displaying fine on my end, could you post a screenshot of the problem you are seeing on your end please?
I don’t think it would be possible to vertically align the second column to the bottom of the screen unfortunately, since you would have to align it differently for every screen size.
Best regards,
RikardHey Knutnik,
You can change the container size under Enfold->General Layout->Dimensions. I’m not sure I understand what you mean about images and fonts though, could you try to explain that a bit further please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I’m not sure what is causing this problem on your site unfortunately. Could you try disabling all plugins, to see if that makes any difference please?
Best regards,
RikardHey troupdim,
They seem to be working fine on my end using Chrome. Could you try to explain the problem a bit further, and let us know how to reproduce it please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the video. I tried disabling Google Maps in the theme, but that didn’t make any difference unfortunately. Could you try disabling all other plugins, to see if there is conflict coming from any of them? I’m seeing jQuery errors on the page, but I’m not sure what is causing them.
Best regards,
RikardHey Alexandervc33,
That should be possible if you wrap your icons in span elements, please try that out.
Best regards,
RikardHey brunet77,
There’s no layout like that in the theme by default unfortunately, maybe you could try creating the menu with a Fullwidth Sub Menu element?
Best regards,
RikardHi Mike,
The link in your pay now menu item seems to be creating a jQuery error on your site, could you try removing that to see if it helps please?

RikardMay 20, 2021 at 5:42 am in reply to: 2 Layout Elemente (1/2) in einer Farbsektion Breite einstellen #1301310Hey Alexandervc33,
Please try using the Grid Row element instead.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I checked the text block elements on your front page, but I can’t see any problems there. Is this happening on a specific page only maybe? If so then please link to it here.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that we could help you out, and thanks for the update. I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now then, please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.
Best regards,
RikardHey Alexandervc33,
I can’t see a contact form in the mockup you sent, what exactly are you looking to change on your actual site? If you need more elements than the contact form offers, then you might want to look at using a dedicated contact form plugin.
Best regards,
