Hey reneheg,
All the images on your front page is loading fine on my end, without reloading. How can we reproduce the problem you are seeing on your end?

RikardMay 25, 2021 at 5:16 am in reply to: MOBILE VERSION PROBLEM: blank space over color section in pages and mobile menu! #1302129Hey Tonicobertera,
I can’t see anything like that on my end using Chrome, could you let us know how to reproduce the problem you are seeing on your end please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Steve,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure which text you are referring to, is it the events information on hover which you want to make smaller?
Best regards,
RikardHi Krystian,
Turning off plugins is a way to test where the warnings are coming from. Since they are not coming from the theme, then we can’t say for sure where they are coming from. It should be safe to turn them off temporarily, but if you want to test somewhere else, then please copy your site to a staging area and test there instead.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I can’t see the mobile problem you are describing on my end, could you post a screenshot highlighting it, and let us know where we can see it please?
Also, on which pages are you experiencing slow load times?
Best regards,
RikardHey VALDP,
Thanks for the login details. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.2) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
RikardHi Ronald,
I’m not sure I understand your question, could you try to explain your intentions a bit further please? If what you are looking for is not available for you in the theme options, then you might have to use a third party solution.

RikardHi paullindqvist,
Please ask them why the server is throwing a 500 internal server error, they should be able to check the server logs to see what is going wrong. That server error is very general, so it’s difficult for us to know what could be going wrong with that information only.
Best regards,
RikardHi Seb,
That would require customisations which would be out of scope of theme support unfortunately. If you need them on the left, then maybe you could check out the Tabs element instead?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.

RikardHey lachien,
You should be able to set that under Settings in the WordPress menu, look for the Site Address (URL) option.

Thanks for that. I’ve activated debug mode, and moved the problem content to a test page, but I haven’t been able to find the problem unfortunately. Could you try disabling all plugins, to see if that makes any difference please? I’m seeing several error messages when editing pages on your site, and it’s likely due to a plugin conflict.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the login details. I’ve adjusted it a bit for you, and it’s applying on your site now. Please let us know if there is something else which you would like to change.
Best regards,
RikardHi Khoi,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. I don’t think downgrading the theme version will help much, since this is not a general problem with theme. Also make sure that you clear all caches on your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I’ve added the CSS I sent in the WordPress customiser, and it’s applying to your site now. Please review it.
Best regards,
RikardHi Wolfgang,
Thanks for the login details. I checked the contact page on your site, but I can’t see any messages like that. Where exactly are you seeing them?

RikardMay 24, 2021 at 6:36 am in reply to: After Update from V3 to V4.8. – Failed to initialize plugin: avia_builder_button #1301912Hi Michael,
Thanks for that. I uploaded a fresh copy of the theme, but that made no difference unfortunately. This problem might be due to a plugin conflict, could you try disabling all plugins to see if that makes any difference please? We can try it out for you, if you give us permission to do so.
Best regards,
RikardHi Martin,
Thanks for that. Please try this CSS as well for the Tab Section:
.av-tab-with-image .av-inner-tab-title { width: 100% !important; text-align: center !important; } .avia-tab-title-padding-default .av-outer-tab-title { display: flex !important; text-align: center !important; }And this for the Accordion:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #top .aviaccordion-preview-title h3 { font-size: 12px !important; word-break: break-all; } .aviaccordion-excerpt p { font-size: 12px !important; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. The image you have used is JPG, but the theme doesn’t generate that type of code which I referred to above. Could you try disabling the plugin in question, and try adding the image back again, to see if that changes anything please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Our support is limited when it comes to debugging third party plugins unfortunately. But it seems like the map is working when using the default WordPress editor, please see private. Maybe you could use that editor for that particular page? Also please try reaching out to the authors of the plugin in question, if you should need any further help on the topic.
Best regards,
RikardHey Blatze,
Do you mean the descriptions under each menu item, like in this demo? https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-photography/
