Hi,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.tve_lp .avia-cookie-consent-wrap { display: none; }Best regards,
RikardHey bptdxvkalsel,
It depends on what type of customisations you have done to the parent. If you only added CSS in Quick CSS, or adjusted the theme settings, then you should be fine on updates. If you want to install a child theme, then you can download one here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/child-theme/. You can then import the parent theme settings under Enfold->Import/Export. A child theme is used to override the parent theme files, and the overrides are safe during updates.
Best regards,
RikardHey designyvr,
The CSS in private won’t work, you have to unzip the file and place the actual font files in the URL instead. Please refer to the examples here: https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/css3_pr_font-face_rule.asp
Best regards,
RikardHey IdeaZone2550,
Thanks for the login details. The regular WordPress login URLs are not working, please share your login URL as well.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now then, please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.
Best regards,
RikardHi amyteslin,
Please use the page ID class, you can find it in the body tag if you inspect the page in question. Your CSS will look something like that this after you have added it:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .page-id-000 .av_header_transparency { background: transparent !important; position: absolute!important; } }Best regards,
RikardHi Seb,
Thanks for the update. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic.
Best regards,
RikardHey GerbenMD,
I’m not sure I understand the problem you are having, could you try explaining a bit further please? Also please give us an example of what you are searching for, and what is wrong with the results.
Best regards,
RikardHey topnetat,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. The theme doesn’t apply any compression to uploaded images.
Best regards,
Rikard-

May 28, 2021 at 5:05 am in reply to: Beste und einfachste Möglichkeit, Inhalte zu ex- und importieren (Relaunch) #1302741Hey FelixB,
The WordPress export/importer should be able to help you out with most of your data, but it won’t export the theme settings for you. That you can import/export under Enfold->Import/Export.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I might be misunderstanding the problem here, but the overlay is supposed to cover the whole element: https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/elements/featured-image-slider/, and the link to the post is working on my end. In which browser are you seeing the missing link?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I see that you haven’t assigned a menu to act as your main menu under Appearance->Menus, please assign one of your menus to Enfold Menu principale, after that it should work as expected. When a menu is not assigned, then the theme will display all the pages in the menu by default.
Best regards,
RikardHi Martin,
Thanks for the the update, and sorry for the problem. I can’t see what is going wrong with the Tab Section on mobile unfortunately, and I can’t reproduce the problem on a local installation. You can hide the element in question for mobile in the element options, under Advanced->Responsive if like. Then you can build a different layout for mobile, and hide that for desktop using the same method. If you want us to keep looking for the problem, then we can do that too.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that we could help you out. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.
Best regards,
RikardHi Daniel,
This CSS is causing that to happen:
.html_header_top.html_header_sticky #top #wrap_all #main { padding-top: 250px; }I can’t see where it’s coming from though. If you need help finding it, then please include admin WordPress login details in private with your next reply.
Best regards,
RikardMay 27, 2021 at 12:17 pm in reply to: Problemi di modifica nel tema – si presenta l'errore 524 #1302597Hi Cristina,
I’m not aware of any problems with the SG Optimiser, except that it can prevent some front end elements to load when file compression is active in the Performance section of the theme. Other that that, the theme will likely not cause and 504 or 524 errors, those are likely caused by the CDN or server.
Best regards,
RikardHey gseiwimarcomm,
Thanks for the login details. I checked the Wedding page, which seems to be the problem page, correct? I see that you are getting a 404 error on the admin-ajax.php WordPress file, but I’m not sure why. Could you enable debug mode: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode, so that we can move the content to a test page please? We can do it for you if you give us permission to do so. Also please make sure that you have backups of the site, before adding any code.
Best regards,
RikardHi Céline,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
ul.gfield_radio li label { margin: 3px 10px 0 2px; }Best regards,

Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I temporarily activated the parent theme, and it’s working the way it should after that. The problem is likely coming from your child theme, but we couldn’t check it since the Editor functionality is disabled on your installation.

The screenshot you shared is not publicly accessible, please try changing it to public, or upload the image to imgur.com for example. Also please post a link to your actual site, so that we can have a closer look at it. How exactly do you want to change the dimensions of the Add to cart button?
