Hi Patrick,
Thanks for the update. This problem should be fixed in the latest version of the theme, which I see that you have updated to. I tried searching for background on your site, and I can’t see any custom elements in the search results. Are you seeing the same thing on your end?
Best regards,
RikardHey hylandgraphics,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHi Tony,
I understand that, but the Layout Builder can’t be compatible with all types of third party codes unfortunately. If you simply inspect the page in private in your browser, then you will see the jQuery error in the console.

RikardHey agentbuzzdev,
You have the p tag added under Enfold->Advanced Styling, and it’s set to 14 pixels there. That seems to correspond with what I’m seeing on the front end of your site. Could you change the value under Advanced Styling, or remove the p tag from there, if you want the setting under General Styling to apply please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update, I see the same problem on my end as well. I suspect that it’s happening because of markup in your content, but I’m not sure which markup exactly. Could you enable debug mode, so that we can copy the content of the page to a test page please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. We can do it for you if you give us permission to do so.

@media only screen and (max-width: 1320px) { nav.main_menu { display: block !important; } #avia-menu .menu-item { display: none; } .av-burger-menu-main.menu-item-avia-special { display: block; } }Best regards,

Thanks for the update. The problem you are describing with missing sliders and hotspots sounds like it could be caused by the SG Optimiser, but disabling file compression in the theme options should solve it. Having that functionality active in the theme is not necessary when using the SG Optimiser, as it should be able to compress all the site resources itself.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
There are no updates for child themes, since they are only used to override the parent theme files. I would suggest that you try to remove all your customisations, then add them back one by one to see what is causing the problem. If you can’t do this on your live site, then you might want to consider copying the site to a staging site, and test there first.

Please continue in your other thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/rev-slider-covers-sidebar/

RikardHi,
If you use a full width element at the top of the page, then add non full width elements below that, then the sidebar should appear under the full width element. If you need further help, the please post admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look.
Best regards,
RikardHi Andreas,
I’m not sure I understand what you are trying to do, could you try to explain your intentions a bit further please?

Thanks for that. I can’t even edit the page in question, is that the problem you are seeing on your end as well?
There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
Please try disabling all plugins, and activate the parent theme, to see if that makes any difference.
Best regards,
RikardHi Alicia,
Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.3) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I see that you are using the Post Slider on the page, and that seems to display the correct amount of posts. Are you having this problem when using the Blog Posts element? If so, then can we add it to the page to check the problem?
Best regards,
RikardHi Bernhard,
SFTP logins are working for me. I tried changing the name of the plugin folder, and the theme folder as well. That should disable all plugins and the theme, but the same problem still happens after that. I’m not sure why this error is happening unfortunately, do you have a backup of the site which you could restore maybe? Also make sure that you are running PHP 7.4 or higher on the server.
Best regards,
Rikard -
