I can’t reproduce this problem on test installation, so it’s likely that the problem is local to your installation. I can’t find the problem CSS though. Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

The Enfold styling is not applying on the page in question, and it doesn’t work in the WordPress customiser either. Please try reaching out to the plugin authors, to see if they can help you out.

I get a 403 error on the login page, are you blocking some country IP ranges maybe? If so, then please let us know which countries are allowed to access your site.
