Hey laempe,
The custom class is added to the parent div, so you would have to target the element using CSS like this:
.headline_style_home h1 { font-size: 30px !important; }Please try that out.

First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.3) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please include admin WordPress and FTP login details in private, so that we can have a closer look.
Best regards,

RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that you got it working. Those formats are not supported by the theme by default, so I’m guessing that was what was causing the problem. Please use the Standard template from now on, as the other formats won’t change anything anyway.

Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (min-width: 1500px) { #header_meta { display: none; } }Best regards,

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. So the menu on the right is supposed to be the footer? If so, then please add that content to the actual footer, so that we can try to give you some custom CSS to use. I’m not sure if this is possible though.
Best regards,
RikardHi Michaela,
Thanks for the clarification, that should be possible yes. If you should need any custom styling, then please open a thread on the support forum, and we’ll help you out there.

RikardHi Petschka,
Could you post a link to where we can see the problem you are having please?
Best regards,
RikardHey EricSmeets,
I’m not sure what is going on there, but it looks like no CSS is loading on your site. Did you change any access rights for the uploads folder maybe? I tried toggling file compression in the theme settings, but it doesn’t seems to save. Please share FTP login details with us in private as well, so that we can have a closer look at the uploads folder.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for letting us know, I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now then. Please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.8.3) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.8.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/, and make sure that you are running the latest version of WordPress, and PHP 7.4 or higher on the server.

I’m not familiar with Visual Studio Code, but you would have to add any CSS into Quick CSS manually.

RikardHi Rob,
Thanks for that. I see a 500 internal server error when trying to import the demo, why that is occurring is difficult for us to say unfortunately. Do you need the whole demo? If not, then you could enable debug mode, and we could send you shortcodes for the pages you need. Would that be an option for you? If so then please link to the demo pages you need here. Here’s how to enable debug mode in order to see the shortcodes window: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. Also let us know if you need the demo settings file, which you can import under Import/Export.

Thanks for that. I created a new page for you, and imported the shortcodes for the page you wanted. Please see private. You can use that page for your home page instead if you want. Some of the images are missing, please let us know if you need those as well.

RikardJune 7, 2021 at 4:21 am in reply to: Extra white space between main content area and socket #1304327Hi,
I can’t see that happening on my end, is this happening on a specific page only maybe?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. The problem goes away when I activate the parent theme, that means that it’s likely one of the customisations in your child theme which is causing this problem. Could you try to remove all of them, then add them back one by one, to see which one is causing the problem please?
Best regards,
Rikard -
