Hey terrytomasini,
It looks like you have the SG Optimiser plugin active on your site? If that is the case, then please try to turn off file compression under Enfold->Performance to see if that helps.
If you should need any further help with this, then please include admin WordPress login details in private with your next reply.
Best regards,
RikardHi Matt,
Did you make sure to activate the option to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance? If that doesn’t make any difference, then please include admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I see that you have managed to import the demo already, please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic.
Best regards,
RikardHi Tim,
The Home theme is an Enfold child theme, and child themes are not updated automatically. If you want to make changes to that child theme, you have to do them manually. If I have misunderstood your question, then please try to explain the problem you are having a bit further.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. The FTP login details are working, but I can’t see a WordPress installation in there. There is only a folder with a couple of files in it, but no WordPress installation? If you want to try it yourself, then you can find instructions here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-theme/#theme-update

RikardJune 23, 2021 at 5:11 am in reply to: iframe: content does not adjust to fit in iframe container in Google Chrome #1307060Hi Marco,
I can’t see any differences on my end when comparing Chrome and Firefox, could you post a screenshot highlighting the problem please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Jelle,
The Layout Builder doesn’t support this by default, but you can try to enable debug mode: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode, then copy your nested content into your Accordion. I’m not sure if it’s going to work, but you can try it out to see if you have any luck.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. The links are now clickable, and you can change the links in the widget under Appearance->Widgets. I’m not sure exactly how you want to change the colours though, could you try to explain that a bit further please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’ve edited the section with the Kraftplatz image. I added the section-container-width to the Color Section CSS field option, then I added this to Quick CSS:
/* Color section container width */ .section-container-width .container { width: 100% !important; min-width: 100%; padding: 0; margin: 0; }You can find Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling.
Best regards,
RikardHi Bernhardt,
Your icon font is being blocked by the browser, since it’s being served from a different location than your actual site. Please see private for an example. I’m not sure why it’s being served from there though, maybe that was your development location?

RikardHey Tarakbc,
Did you activate file compression under Enfold->Performance? If not, then please try that out. Also make sure that you select to activate the option to delete the old CSS and JS files on the same page.
There are plenty of caching/performance plugins out there, we don’t really have one to recommend to you, but if you try searching for one online, the you should get recommendations which you can try out on your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update.
2. Please try this as well:
.av-main-nav li:hover .avia-menu-fx, .current-menu-item > a > .avia-menu-fx, .av-main-nav li:hover .current_page_item > a > .avia-menu-fx { opacity: 0; }4. I see that you have added #dddddd in the theme options, but it’s not applying for some reason. It might be caching from your caching plugin. Please try this in Quick CSS to override the current setting:
.home #section-container-width .av-rotator-container .av-rotator-text { color: #ddd !important; }Best regards,
RikardHey june,
You will need custom CSS for that. Please try this in Quick CSS:
.grid-sort-container .grid-content { text-align: center; margin-top: -200px; background: transparent; } .grid-sort-container .avia-arrow { display: none; } .grid-sort-container .grid-entry-title { background: transparent; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. The portfolio slug is reserved for the portfolio custom post type unfortunately. Are you ok with using portfolios instead?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I tried adding some generic CSS to your style.css file, and that applied without any problem. I can also see this CSS applying:
.slideshow_caption { width: 100%; }If you should have any further problems like this, then please try to load the site in an incognito or private browser window. Also please try toggling file file compression under Enfold->Performance.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that you got it working, and thanks for the feedback. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.

I’m not sure to be honest with you, did you add the token in the backend before you updated? If you should have problems with the automatic updates in the future, then please try installing this plugin: https://envato.com/market-plugin/

RikardJune 22, 2021 at 7:03 am in reply to: Woocommerce single product shortcode empty space continued #1306872Hey FlatText,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.home #after_section_2 .content { border-right-width: 0; }I’m not sure exactly how you added the header? If it’s in a layout element, then please try to add it directly into a Color Section element instead. If you need further help, then please include admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can check your layout on the backend.

RikardHey Matt,
It looks like the animation is triggering too late on my end, it does load though. Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I had a look at the page you linked to, but it looks like you are still using the Layout Builder? Like Ismael wrote above; SEO plugins like Yoast cannot read shortcode, which the Layout Builder is using to create content, and that is why you are getting messages like the one you are referring to. Please note that this will not affect your actual SEO results, if you have added images with alt tags, then those will be indexed by search engines.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please try this CSS instead:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1199px) { #avia-menu { float: right; width: auto !important; } }Best regards,
RikardHi Sven,
1. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive .logo img { max-height: 100% !important; max-width: 50% !important; } }2. And this for the current page indicator:
nav.main_menu .current-menu-item .avia-menu-fx { background-color: green; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update, you are excused. Could you post login details in private so that we can check your actual content please?

Your backend won’t crash, the warning is just that, a warning. If you leave open html markup open, it might delete content below the open markup, that’s it. The demo page you linked to is using strong tags:

RikardJune 21, 2021 at 9:48 am in reply to: Feature image not appearing when sharing on Social Media platforms #1306686Hi,
Yes, that is likely. Please try restarting and clearing all the cookies and cache from the browser where it’s not working as it should.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. If you don’t want to clone the main menu items, then please check your settings under Enfold->Main Menu->Burger/Mobile menu. Look for the Clone title menu items to submenu option.
