Hi,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure exactly what you are referring to though, do you mean the page under Enfold->Performance? If so, then please try enabling file compression there. It’s the first two options on the page.
Best regards,
RikardHi nicholaso,
I’ve replied to the thread you started already, please continue in there.

RikardHey uppereast,
Which PHP version are you running? Please make sure that it’s 7.4 or higher. If that doesn’t change anything, then please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the login details. I can’t reproduce the problem on my end though, the LayerSlider on your front page is displaying fine on my end. I can’t see any missing styling either. The screenshot you posted is not working, so I’m not sure exactly what you are seeing on your end.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. The bar on the top of your site seems to be there because it’s displaying an error message:
Warning: Parameter 2 to WPE\Site_Preview::the_posts() expected to be a reference, value given in /nas/content/staging/expressed1/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 292
I don’t think that is caused by the theme though. Do you have any custom code which could be causing that? You can try to activate the parent theme, and disable plugins to see if it disappears. If you need further help, then please post admin WordPress login details in private. You can use the email in private, or a personal one. Just remember to post the login details here in the thread, so that all moderators have access to it.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. You could install software on your local computer which would add a server and a database for you, for example MAMP or XAMPP. After that you would install WordPress locally on your computer. Here are some further instructions: https://wordpress.org/support/article/installing-wordpress-on-your-own-computer/

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
#av-layout-grid-2 .avia-button-center a { background: rgba(000,000,000, 0.3); }Best regards,
RikardHi Sheldon,
I’m not sure if that works with the theme or not unfortunately. Could you try it out on a test site first maybe? You could also try searching for alternative plugins or code, which might do the same thing.

Thanks for the login details, does your site have a URL as well?

RikardHi BruceJackson,
This should work as expected in the latest version of the theme, could you try updating to that please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

Thanks for that. I can’t see why that is happening unfortunately, does the same thing happen if you disable Polylang? If that’s doesn’t make any difference, then please try disabling all other plugins too.

RikardHi,
You would have to adjust the sub menu for each of your menu items then, here’s an example of how that would be done for your first menu item:
#menu-item-806 ul.sub-menu { width: 75px !important; left: 15px; }Inspect the other menu items in your browser, to find their IDs.

RikardJuly 7, 2021 at 4:39 am in reply to: Burger menu on mobile / Layer Slider plus other problems #1309014Hey whdsolutions,
Burger menu: Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.av-hamburger-inner, .av-hamburger-inner:before, .av-hamburger-inner:after { background: #000 !important, }Your logo is way to big for mobile, so things are overlapping. I’m not sure how you want to deal with that?
LayerSlider; I’m not sure I understand the problem, could you post a screenshot highlighting it please?
Best regards,
RikardHey amyteslin,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.bbpress div#main { padding-top: 0 !important; }Best regards,

RikardHi Rob,
You can check if it’s theme related by activating one of the default themes, and try the same thing when that is active.
If you need further help, then please let us know how to reproduce the problem. Also please check the account you sent to us, as it’s not possible to access the WordPress backend with it.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure if that is possible, but here is some documentation on the topic, and suggestions which you can try:
https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/css3_pr_word-break.asp
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/overflow-wrap
Different layout on mobile; you can try hiding the current layout for mobile sizes in the element options. You can then add a new layout, and show that for mobile only, using the same method.
Best regards,
RikardHi Patrick,
Thanks for that. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.woocommerce-product-details__short-description ol, .woocommerce-product-details__short-description ul { list-style: disc; margin-left: 18px; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I can’t see a user for the FTP account though, could you include that in private as well please? Also please verify that the details are working, before sending them.

RikardHi,
It’s a Gallery element yes, and the first image has a custom link added to it. If you can’t show us the problem, then please let give us detailed instructions on how to reproduce it.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure how to create a sandbox account though. I found this resource, but it’s not giving much information: https://developer.paypal.com/developer/accounts.

RikardHey EVERLINKMACHINERY,
Please check your settings under Enfold->Main Menu->Burger/Mobile Menu. Look for the Menu Icon Submenu items option.
