Hey sensiblekaren,
I’m seeing an A grad for your site, please see private.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I can’t access the login page though, it seems to be blocked:
Erro 403
Acesso negado
Why can’t you update to the latest version? Did you add a token to the backend of the theme? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,
RikardHey samanthashea,
Thanks for the screenshot and login token, on which post can we see this problem?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I set the line height to 1.2 em under Enfold->Advanced Styling, and it’s working as it should. Please review your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

RikardHi Massimo,
I’m not sure I understand your intentions, could you post a link to where we can see the results you are getting please? If you have a screenshot highlighting the results you are looking for, then please share that with us as well.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
The site you linked to in this thread is still giving me an error, and I’m not sure where to find the problem you are having on the site in private?
Best regards,
RikardHey Heimkinopartner,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.single-product .single-product-main-image .avia-wc-30-product-gallery-lightbox { top: 60px; left: 10px; } .single-product-main-image .onsale { top: 5px; right: auto; left: 330px; }Best regards,
RikardHey JohnThursday,
Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.3) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If that doesn’t help, then please post admin WordPress and FTP login details in private, so that we can have a closer look.
Best regards,
RikardHey KK,
Thanks for the login details. The sidebar is not displaying since you are only using full width elements on the page. Try adding a 1/1 element at the bottom, and the sidebar should appear next to that.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. It’s probably better if you assign a class to the element which you had problems with first then, after that we can give you more specific CSS to use.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this in Quick CSS:
#text-14 { position: absolute; right: 20px; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Copy the entire content of the file from the parent, into the child. If you don’t need the file in question, then you can simply remove it.

Thanks for that. The FTP login details are working, but we would prefer to have WordPress login details as well, so that we can check that everything is working as it should. Could you post admin WordPress login details in private as well please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Jason,
There’s nothing like that in the theme unfortunately, and creating such functionality would be out of scope of theme support. I’m not sure exactly how that plugin works though, doesn’t it give you the option to use shortcodes? If so then you should be able to use it with the Layout Builder.

RikardJuly 10, 2021 at 6:36 am in reply to: line between Main Menu and Secondary Menu in Transparent mode #1309480Hi Nancy,
I can’t see that on my end, did you manage to remove it yourself? If not, then please post a screenshot of what you would like to remove.

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.3) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I can’t reproduce the problem on a test site using the version you are running, and we’ve had no other reports of this being a problem from other users on the same version either. That means it’s likely a local problem on your site. Since we can’t access your site, then it will be difficult to help you out.
Best regards,
RikardHi Jason,
We can’t debug problems caused by third party plugins unfortunately, could you try reaching out to Yoast support to see if they can help you out further maybe?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width: 480px) { .responsive .logo img { opacity: 0; } .responsive .logo a { background-image: url(https://www.smartmoneyinternational.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/sm-logo-black.png); background-position: center; background-repeat: no-repeat; background-size: contain; } }Best regards,
RikardHi Chris,
Thanks for the update. We’ll keep this thread open for you.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I’m seeing jQuery errors on that page, could you try disabling all other plugins to see if that help please? If not, then please try reaching out to the plugin authors, to see if they can see what is going wrong.
Best regards,
RikardHey mgould,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure I understand what you are saying, when you switch back to what? If you are referring to when you activate your child theme, then that means that the problem is coming from your child.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
1. Please try this instead:
.template-shop.content { padding-top: 70px; } .single-product #main, .page-template-default #main, .woocommerce-cart #main { padding-top: 215px !important; }2. And this instead of the previous code as well:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #main .container_wrap { background-color: #fff; } #footer { background-color: #fceeea; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad to hear that everything is working as it should now, and thanks for the update. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.

RikardHi Stewart,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
#menu-item-92 ul.sub-menu { left: -100px; }Best regards,
RikardHi Henning,
I’m not sure I understand the problem, since it looks good on my end on both mobile and desktop. Did you manage to find a solution maybe? If not, then please try to explain the problem a bit further, and let us know how to reproduce it.
Best regards,
