It looks like that form is generated in an iframe, so any styling we could give you would not apply unfortunately. Could you try reaching out to the plugin developers, to see if they can help you out maybe?

Thanks for the clarification. We haven’t tested the theme with any plugins like that unfortunately, so I can’t recommend any. I guess you could simply try out the alternatives you have, to see if they work or not. If you should have styling problems with a plugin, then we can likely help you out with that.

Hi,

Thanks for the update. Would you consider making your container element a bit wider? If so then I think the sidebar would look better after that. You can change the container width under Enfold->General Layout->Dimensions.

Hi Josipa,

Sorry for the problem. I see that you are running an old version of the theme (3.1.5), could you try to update to the latest version (4.8.3) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.8.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/, and make sure that you are running PHP 7.4 or higher on the server.

Hi Andy,

I’ve updated the new site to the latest version as well, and the warnings are gone now. Please review your site.

If you want to give this a go yourself, then navigate to the themes folder in your WordPress installation, and create a new folder there. It can be called enfold_new for example. Then upload the new theme files to that folder, and once the upload it done, then rename the old Enfold folder to enfold_old, and the new folder to only enfold. After that it should be updated. If you run into problems, then you can simply change the folder names back to the way they were before.

1. The theme options look fine now, so I’m sure you are running the latest version of the theme.

2. I see that your site resources are being loaded from a CDN, so I’m not sure if excluding any files will make any difference. I might be wrong though, since I’m not all that familiar with how your plugin works. Maybe you could try reaching out to the authors of the plugin for further help with that?
