RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.home #av_section_6 .container { max-width: 100%; padding: 0; }Best regards,
RikardHey S.,
They’re working fine on my end using Chrome. Could you try a different browser, or a private/incognito window to see if that helps?
Best regards,
RikardHey MORTULGAAH,
We haven’t tested the theme with any plugins or editor like that unfortunately. I have seen some installations running fine with Elementor though.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
I can see Italian on both the pages you linked to, could you post a screenshot highlighting what you are seeing on your end please?
Best regards,
RikardHey wealthyone,
Thanks for the screenshots. Could you post a link to where we can see the actual elements on your site as well please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Jürgen,
Thanks for that. I can see 3 h2 element on that page. Please try this CSS to change the size of them:
.page-id-19 h2.woocommerce-order-details__title, .page-id-19 h2.woocommerce-column__title { font-size: 18px !important; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please post admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look.

Files in your child theme are only necessary if you actually want to override them, that is what a child theme is for. If you don’t want to override the template in question, then please delete the file. If you do want to override that template, then please copy the content from the template in WooCommerce, then add your customisation back in with the new content.

RikardHi,

RikardJuly 21, 2021 at 5:36 am in reply to: Layerslider & Menu bugs (Can't edit anything in them) #1311011Hi,
Thanks for the update.
We have had the latest WP version for weeks and we got the mail yesterday.
I’m asking about the latest version of the theme, not WordPress. Did you get this email after running Enfold 4.8.3? The problem in the email is not necessary related to a problem in the theme, since the reported error is a WordPress file (admin-ajax.php).
If the same problem happens with the menu after activating a default WordPress theme, then it’s likely not theme related. I’ve seen problem happen on other WordPress installations as well, when the menus are very large. You might want to try to increase the memory allocated to PHP to see if that changes anything: https://wordpress.org/support/article/editing-wp-config-php/#increasing-memory-allocated-to-php
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I couldn’t get any CSS to apply from Quick CSS or you style sheet in the child theme, but this works in the WordPress customiser. Please try it out:
.single-product p.in-stock:nth-of-type(3) { display: none; }Best regards,
RikardHi,

RikardHi,
Thanks for the clarification. So you only want to hide the kein plan menu item? If so then you can use the class which is visible in your screenshot:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .menu-item-233 { display: none; } }If you need further help with this, then please check the login details you posted, as they are not working anymore.
Best regards,
RikardHey wealthyone,
Thanks for the screenshot. Could you post a link to where we can see the actual element on your site as well please?

RikardHi Rachel,
Please open a new thread and include a link to your actual site, so that we can have a closer look.

RikardHi Kristin,
We can’t view your site, since it redirects to the URL in private. I’m not sure why that is?

RikardJuly 20, 2021 at 1:15 pm in reply to: Displayed Everywhere Widgets are not displayed anymore in latest Version #1310879Hi,
Thanks for the update. The sidebars will work if you switch to the theme layout builder, please see example in private. I’m not sure why it’s not working with the default editor, but if you want to dig further into it, then please disable all plugins and activate the parent theme to see if that changes anything.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardJuly 20, 2021 at 1:00 pm in reply to: Is there another way to buy your theme, theme forest doesnt work #1310876Hi,
Thanks for the update. What exactly is not working on Themeforest? You can buy the theme on this link: https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990. If you need help from Envato/Themeforest, then please start here: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us

RikardHi,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
#media_image-13 { border: 1px solid #ddd; border-radius: 5px; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. It’s not possible to have the same page for different languages unfortunately, they need to be created separately. Otherwise you couldn’t have different designs for the two pages. If you want to copy the shortcode from the English version, then you can enable debug mode, which will enable you to see the layout builder shortcodes: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode
Best regards,
RikardHey Sebastian,
Thanks for the screenshot. Please post a link to where we can see the actual element as well, so that we can give you some custom CSS to use. You could also try using the Grid Row element instead.
Best regards,
RikardHi Corina,
Something is adding extra markup, which is why the logo is shown twice. The extra markup is not coming from the theme, so I’m guessing it’s the plugin you referred to. We can’t debug problems caused by third party plugins unfortunately, so please try reaching out to the plugin authors to see if they can help you out with this.

RikardHi Karl,
What exactly is not working with the plugin in question? Enfold uses shortcodes to create content, it is therefore not included in the areas they are listing. I can pass the link you sent on to our developers, but I can’t promise or say that it’s possible to include the content created by the Enfold layout builder into Yoast.
Best regards,
