Hi mchbeck,
If you need further help with this problem, then please open a new thread and include WordPress admin login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site. Also make sure that the Appearance->Editor functionality is active on your installation. If it’s not, then please include FTP login details as well, and verify that you have backups of your site.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update.
1. It depends if you are using a caching plugin or a CDN, both of those will change the location from where your resources are being served from.
2. Ties in with 1. It doesn’t really matter where your resources are being served from, as long as things are working as they should. When you sought help from us, then we started debugging the problem. In this particular case, it seemed like caching was responsible for the problem, since the site is displaying different results depending if you are logged in or not (most caching plugins do not show cached content for logged in users). Like the file example in private, that file should not be served if all caches are cleared, and the plugin is disabled. The problem here was that is was being served, even though the plugin was disabled and caches were cleared from it. If it was being served from the theme, it would look like the second line in private, as an example. Please note the extra folders in the first example, which is likely coming from the caching plugin. Also, the avia-merged-styles-xxx.css file should only be served if file compression is active under Enfold->Performance. If it’s not, then you should see multiple, differently named CSS files being served from the theme.

RikardHey kikosanchezestudio,
Thanks for the login details. Is this a theme related problem? You can check that by activating a different theme, and try to update again after that. If you need further help, then please give us permission to try to update WordPress for you, and verify that you have backups of the site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. You would make the selection of your choice in the actual element which you would drag onto the layout of a temporary page. From there you can then copy the shortcodes into your widget.
The documentation I linked to include instructions on how to enable debug mode, please try following them.
Best regards,
RikardHi Andrea,
Sorry for the problem, and thanks for the login details. I’ve added a fix for you, but I couldn’t find a an Iconbox on your actual site to verify the fix. Could you check if it’s working as it should now please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this CSS in Quick CSS, in order to switch to the mobile menu at an earlier point:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1240px) { nav.main_menu { display: block !important; } #avia-menu .menu-item { display: none; } .av-burger-menu-main.menu-item-avia-special { display: block; } }If you need further help, then please check the login details you posted, as they are not working.
Best regards,
RikardHi Richard,

RikardHey Monika,
You can set the header to be transparent in the Layout menu on the page in question, and you can set the header to be sticky under Enfold->Header->Header Behaviour.
Please use this CSS to center the logo:
div .logo { float: none; position: inherit; left: auto; z-index: 1; display: table; margin: 0 auto; }Best regards,
RikardHey Monika,
Thanks for the mockup. There’s nothing like that in the theme by default unfortunately, so you would likely need a lot of custom CSS. We can’t create your site for you, but we can try to help you out if you run into problems.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please try this CSS instead:
.page-id-19 h2.woocommerce-order-details__title, .page-id-19 h2.woocommerce-column__title, .page-id-19 h2.woocommerce-shipments-list__title { font-size: 18px !important; }Best regards,
RikardJuly 22, 2021 at 9:08 am in reply to: Text Block editor is different by using different user role to login #1311385Hey kevintsang,
I can’t see that happening on test installation. Where can we see and reproduce the problem you are having?
Best regards,
RikardHi Chris,
Please try deleting the file in question as suggested by @BigBatT, and change all your passwords. If it doesn’t help, the you might need to get your site cleaned by Sucuri or a similar service provider.
Best regards,
RikardHey demicoli00,
The WordPress login details you posted are not working, please check and verify.

RikardHi Greg,
Could you post a link to where we can see the element in question please?
Best regards,
RikardHey Karla,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Enfold has its own framework, we are not using Bootstrap. If you want to migrate to Enfold, then you would likely have to rebuild your site using the built in Layout Builder.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

RikardHi,
Sorry for the problem, this was unfortunately introduced in the latest version of the theme. @spottydog63, Appearance->Theme Editor is disabled on your installation, so I can’t add the fix for you. Please enable that functionality, or include FTP login details in private as well.
BigBatT and carbonquiver, if you need help with fixing this, then please open a new thread and include WordPress admin login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site. Also make sure that Appearance->Theme Editor is active on your sites, or include FTP login details as well.
If you want to try to fix it yourselves, then please comment out this code:
'std' => __( 'Click to add your own text here', 'avia_framework' ),On line 196 in iconbox.php, located under /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/iconbox/. It should look this this when commented out:
//'std' => __( 'Click to add your own text here', 'avia_framework' ),Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that we could help you out :-)
Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.
