Hi Karl,
I can’t reproduce these errors on a test installation running PHP 8.0.8. If you need further help with this, then please open a new thread and include WordPress admin login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi Iain,
This fix is already included in our current code, so it will be updated automatically with the next theme update. You shouldn’t have to do anything further than this.
Hi Luigi,
Great, I’m glad that you got it working. Sorry again for the problem.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

RikardHi Gal,
I tried the video you are using on a local installation, and it’s working as it should there. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

RikardJuly 23, 2021 at 6:03 am in reply to: Version 4.8.4 – Breaks edit in header & catalogue element items #1311722Hi George,
Sorry for the problem. We can try to fix this for you if you provide us with admin WordPress login details in private. Make sure that the Appearance->Editor functionality is active on your installation. If it’s not, or if you should prefer to roll back to 4.8.3, then please provide us with FTP login details as well, and verify that you have backups of the site.
Best regards,
RikardHey GenicsAustralia,
You can set that under Enfold->Advanced Styling. Add the H1 element to the list, then look for the Text Transform option, and set that to None.

RikardJuly 23, 2021 at 5:53 am in reply to: After updating to 4.8.4 a whole section of my website is not working #1311720Hi,
Thanks for the login details. I’m not sure exactly what went wrong here, but all your content was visible on the front end. The problem was that the text was white on white background. I added some code to Quick CSS, and changed the colours of the buttons, so it’s visible again. I’m not sure how it used to look though? You should be able to make most settings yourself in the element options, but if you need help with styling, then please let us know here.
Best regards,
RikardHi Karl,
Thanks for the update, and for your kind words :-)
We’ll keep this thread open, and I will update you here if there is any progress on this matter.
Best regards,
RikardHi Sam,

Please make sure that the Appearance->Theme Editor functionality is active on your installation. If it’s not, then please share FTP login details with us as well.

Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.home #fullscreen_slider_1 .slide-2 .slideshow_align_caption { text-align: right; }Best regards,
RikardHey hostworks,
It looks like you have double quotes around the URL:
"“https://www.gettingthereguide.com/latest_info”"Please try fixing that.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
The latest version of the theme works fine with WordPress 5.8, but we did introduce some issues with the new theme version. If your site is currently working, then it might be better if you hold off with updating, until the next release of the theme.

I can’t see anything like that on your site, could you try loading it in an incognito or private browser window to see if that helps please? If not, then please share a screen cast of the problem which you are seeing on your end.
Best regards,
RikardHey kbee27,

RikardHey Keith,
Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please try to explain the problem a bit further. I’m not sure how deleting pages would cause problems like not being able to edit widgets? Which files did you delete exactly?
Best regards,
RikardHi Hans-Jürgen,
Please share admin WordPress and FTP login details in private, so that we can try it out for you.
Best regards,
RikardHi Sunil,
I can only see that text in the section with the background video, is that the text which you are looking to adjust? If so, then how exactly? If you have a screenshot highlighting your intentions, then please share that with us.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I can’t see any social icons on your actual site, could you try to add some to see if that helps? The script only appends existing social media icons to the menu.
Make sure that the social icons are actually enabled in the Enfold > Header > Extra Elements panel.
Best regards,
RikardHi Sunil,
Are you referring to the text in the section with the background video? If so, then can you try to explain what you are looking to achieve a bit further please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Something on your site is overriding the normal paragraph margin which is applied by the theme, it’s coming from the file in private, but I’m not sure exactly where it’s coming from unfortunately. As solution, I’ve added this to your Quick CSS box:
p { margin: 0.85em 0 !important; }Best regards,
