Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. If you would like to roll back to version 4.8.3, then please include FTP login details as well, and verify that you have backups of the site.

Thanks for the update. Do you mean that you want to display the mobile menu at an earlier point? If so, then please try this in Quick CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) { nav.main_menu { display: block !important; } #avia-menu .menu-item { display: none; } .av-burger-menu-main.menu-item-avia-special { display: block; } }If you want to change the break point, then simply change 1024 in the media query to your preferred value.

Thanks for the update. I tried to edit your main menu under Appearance->Menus, but I can’t see any problems there. Could you let us know how to reproduce the problem please?

Sorry for the late reply. One theme license is valid for one domain, including sub domains. You would have to refer to Envato to check their refund policy, but if you are not happy with the theme, then you can refund it.

Did you check your settings under Enfold->Main Menu->Burger/Mobile Menu? If you select to always show sub items, then the parent should be linked as well.

If this was working as it should in version 4.8.3, then we can roll your site back to that. If you would like that, then please include admin WordPress and FTP login details in private. Thanks for the update. The theme could be responsible for your problems, but it’s unlikely since we can’t reproduce the problems you are having on test installations. We haven’t had any reports from other users of similar problems either. I see a lot of errors on the page in private, and none of the seem to be generated by the theme, please see screenshot. Why is there a lot of errors pointing to the URL in private for example?

Thanks for the update, and sorry again for the problems and late reply. Please hold off with updating your sites until we have a new release available of the theme, we are planning a new release on Monday. That should hopefully resolve the problems you are seeing on the staging site.

Thanks for the update. I haven’t changed anything on your site, but if you want to change the name of your site, then you can do so in the WordPress settings.
About the Masonry gallery; I don’t have a solution for you at this moment unfortunately, but we can help you with rolling back your site to a previous version. If you would like that, then please include FTP login details in private as well, and verify that you have backups of the site.

Thanks for the update, and sorry for the late reply. I’m not sure exactly what is going wrong on your site unfortunately, but I don’t think the theme is causing the problems. I know you mentioned that disabling plugins and restoring an old version of the theme did not work, but I don’t see any other means of checking both of those options again. Was everything working as it should when you were running 4.8.3? If so, then we can roll back your site to that version. If you would like us to do that, then please include FTP login details in private as well, and verify that you have backups of the site.
