I can’t reproduce the 404 problem on a local installation, are we allowed to try it out on your site? I see that you have disabled that functionality for now.

Did you check your 404 page settings in the theme options? Look for the Custom Error 404 Page option, then make sure that it’s not set to use your front page.

I couldn’t login because of the 2FA, maybe you could generate a code manually for us?

Thanks for the update. We can’t know if it will work or not, unless we try it out. If you would like to roll back, then please let us know, and provide us with the necessary details in private. If not, then we are planning on releasing a new version of the theme later today, if you would like to try that out instead. I would suggest that you perform all updates on a staging version of the site, from now on.

You might need to update it to the latest version: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If you don’t have access to the Themeforest account which was used to purchase the theme, then please try reaching out to the person who bought it. If you can’t get the necessary details, then you might have to purchase an additional license.

Thanks for the update. I’m not sure why this is happening unfortunately, would you like to roll the site back to an earlier version of the theme, to see if that helps? If so, then please include FTP login details in private as well. We are planning a new release of the theme for later today, but I can’t say if that will fix your problems or not.

Thanks for the login details. You are getting a 403 error on the admin-ajax.php WordPress file on that page. I’m not sure exactly why that is though. Could you enable debug mode, so that we can try to move the content of the problem page, to a test page please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. We can do it for you, if you give us permission to do so.
