Thanks for the login details. I can’t see any warnings on the front or backend of your site, and not when logged out either. Could you let us know how to reproduce the problems you are seeing on your end please?
Best regards,
RikardHey Chris,
The login details you posted are not working, please check and verify.
Best regards,
RikardHey ABL59,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.page-id-3289 h3.slide-entry-title { font-size: 20px; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the login details. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.6.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please share the key you are trying to use in private. Also please consider updating your PHP version to 7.4 or higher.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that, we can access your site now. Your logo seems to be correct on my end, but I see that you are using a CDN service on the site. Could you try to disable that to see if that changes anything please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Tom,
Did you select your home page as your custom 404 page in the theme options? If so, then please try selecting a dedicated 404 page there instead.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this in Quick CSS:
.home a.slide-image, .home div.slide-meta { display: none; }You can remove the Blog header in the Layout if you edit the page.
I’m not sure exactly how you are looking to change the buttons. Please try to explain a bit further, or post a screenshot highlighting your intentions.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I see that the layout is broken now on the test page I created as well. I tried reproducing this problem on a test installation, but I haven’t been able to. Could you walk us through the steps you take when things start breaking please?
Best regards,
RikardAugust 12, 2021 at 4:49 am in reply to: Headings and bodytext not shown in correct font-family on mobile devices #1316347Hi Cornelie,
Thanks for the update. I’m guessing that the fonts in question are not installed on the devices where they are missing, could you try to download the fonts in question, and upload them to your server please? After that we can try to help you out with some custom CSS.

Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
RikardHi Michael,
I asked you for login details, but I can’t see any in this thread. Please include them in your next reply, and make sure to write something in the public box as well.
Best regards,
RikardHi Anna_Tewes,
Did you activate the option to delete old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance? If that doesn’t help, then please include admin WordPress and FTP login details in private.

Please try out the suggestions listed here, to see if you have any luck with any of them: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/contact-form/#my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails-
Best regards,
RikardHi Holger,
The files in Envato are parent theme files, and the latest version of the theme is 4.8.6.1. A child theme is only used to override the parent, so it’s up to what you want to include in that. If you want to download an empty child theme, then you can do so here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-theme/#why-child-theme

I cleared the cache from your caching plugin, and your settings are applying now. Please review your site.
If you should have this problem in the future, then please try to temporarily activate the option to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance, and clear the cache from your caching plugin.
Best regards,
RikardHey Tobias777G,
Which button in particular are you trying to target?

RikardAugust 11, 2021 at 11:52 am in reply to: Earliest version of PHP to be able to use latest Enfold? #1316251Hi Bert,
Thanks for the update. I see that you have activated the latest version of theme now, I’m not sure I understand what you mean by not seeing the layout of the website though. Could you try to explain the problem you are having a bit further please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update and clarification. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic.
Best regards,
RikardHi Angela,
Please try adding it under Enfold->General Styling->Quick CSS. If you need further help, then please post a link to where we can see the element you are trying to remove.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. The login details you posted are still not working. If we can’t access your site, then we can’t give you accurate CSS.

RikardAugust 11, 2021 at 10:14 am in reply to: Probelm with spacing in the mobile layout of my website #1316232Hi,
Thanks for the update. Please assign a class to the column containing the image, on all pages. Otherwise you would have to apply custom CSS for each page.
Best regards,
RikardHey rixi,
I see that you have put both the image and text in the same strong tag. Could you move them into separate span tags instead please? Otherwise it will be difficult to target them individually with CSS. If you would give the tags classes as well, then it will likely be easier yet.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that you found a solution, and thanks for the update. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.
Best regards,
RikardHi Melanie,
Thanks for the update. None of the files in the error messages you posted are theme files, so I’m not sure what could be the reason for that unfortunately. Maybe you could try to deactivate all plugins before the next update, to see if that changes anything? Also, are these messages causing any actual problems on your site?
Best regards,
