Thanks for the update. We don’t need login details for your hosting account, and we can’t login with those details anyway, since it’s asking for verification via email or SMS. Please login to your hosting account, to see if you have get FTP login details there. If not, then please try reaching out to your hosting provider support, to see if they can provide you with the necessary details.

Thanks for the update. I’m still not sure what you mean by not seeing the Layout of the front page. I can see the layout both on the front and backend. Could you try using a different browser to see if that helps please?
I tried importing your old theme settings, but it didn’t work unfortunately, so I think you will have to set them manually again. If you run into any problem, then we can try to help you out.

Sections have a default padding of 50px on top and bottom. If you want to get rid of that, then you can assign them a CSS class in the element options. For example, section-no-padding, then you can use CSS like this:

Thanks for the update, the login details are working now. I tried to import the medical demo for you, but I’m seeing the same problem on my end as well. Your server is responding with 500 internal server error on the admin-ajax.php WordPress file. I’m not sure why that is unfortunately, could you try reaching out to your hosting provider to see if they can spot the problem please?
