Hey virtualbis,
Are you running the SG Optimiser plugin on your site? If so, then please try disabling file compression under Enfold->Performance. It should work as expected after that.
Best regards,
RikardHi Lance,
Great, I’m glad that you got things working, and thanks for the update. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.

Thanks for the update, I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now then. Please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.
Best regards,
RikardHey MikeTandySwag,
Please add a custom class to the column in question, in the Advanced tab in the element options. Then add this to to Quick CSS:
.your-custom-class .post-title a { letter-spacing: 0px; font-size: .7em; }Replace your-custom-class in the code above, with your own class name.
Best regards,
RikardHey Evelyn,
Thanks for the login details. Please enable debug mode, so that we can try to copy the shortcodes from your front page, to a test page: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. We can do it for you, if you give us permission to do so.
Best regards,
RikardHey TLPLindseyMuchka,
Thanks for the login details. Please try deactivating the jQuery migrate plugin, you shouldn’t need that now anyway.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the screenshot. Are you trying to activate LayerSlider? If so then that is not possible using the theme token. You don’t have to activate LayerSlider, since it’s bundled with the theme. It will be updated when the theme is updated.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this CSS as well:
.single-post h1.post-title a { font-size: 20px; }Best regards,
RikardAugust 19, 2021 at 1:22 pm in reply to: Alternate content settings have an effect on Gutenberg #1317485Hi,
Thanks for that. I’m seeing the same error message on my end using the Layout Builder, but I also see the same error when using the default WordPress editor, so I don’t think this is a theme problem. Does the same thing happen if you activate one of the default WordPress themes for example? You might want to reach out to your hosting provider, to see if they can see anything in the server error logs.
About the problem you initially opened this thread for; I’ve discussed this with our developers, and the background colour behaviour is actually intended, so it’s not something we will fix. If you want to override the colour setting for this field, then please keep on using the function I sent earlier.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I edited the first Icon List on the page in private, but I still can’t see any problems. We really need a sure way of reproducing this problem, other wise it will be difficult to fix it. Could it be that you added something to the content which might have broken the layout? What I saw yesterday in the content seemed like it could have been the culprit.

Great, I’m glad that you found the problem, and thanks for the update. I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now then, please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.
Best regards,
RikardHey Eric,
Thanks for the login details. Your site loads fine when the parent theme is active, so the problem is coming from your child theme. Please try removing all your customisation, then add them back one by one to see what is causing your site not to load.
Best regards,
RikardHi Franz,
I can’t reproduce the problem you are having on a test installation, so I’m guessing it’d due to some kind of caching. If you want to downgrade then we can send you a previous version. If you want that then please open a new thread since we can’t send it publicly. If you want us to upload the files for you, then please include FTP and WordPress login details in the new thread as well.

Thanks for that. Please try following this in order to generate a token: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

RikardHi Marcus,
If you can’t get access to the account which was used to purchase the theme, then you will have to purchase another license.

RikardAugust 19, 2021 at 5:54 am in reply to: Background image is not displayed anymore after update to Enfold 4.8.6.1 #1317427Hi Bert,
Thanks for the update. We can access your site now, but I’m not sure what the problem is on your site unfortunately. Could you share FTP login details with us in private as well please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure what is causing this problem to be honest with you, the error which is thrown by the server is very general, and doesn’t give any real clues unfortunately. I do see that the PHP Post Max Size and PHP Max Upload Size is a bit low on your server though, could you try increasing those values to see if it helps? If not, then please share error log files with us. Also please try reaching out to your hosting provider, to see if they have any further info on this problem.
Best regards,
RikardHi Bert,
I can’t really help you with that, since I would need access to your Themeforest account. Did you try following these instructions? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/. You could also try to install and configure this plugin: https://envato.com/market-plugin/
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. We’ll keep this thread open for you.

RikardHi Barak,

RikardHey mariafriis,
Where can we see and reproduce the problem you are having?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the login details. Does it make a difference if you downgrade your PHP version to 7.4 for example? If not, then please give us permission to temporarily disable plugins for debugging purposes.

RikardHi,
Thanks for that, the new link you posted works. I can’t see any missing images on your site though, could you link directly to the page where we can see the problem please?
Best regards,
RikardHey EL,
Thanks for that. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.6.2) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

Thanks for the login details. I can’t see any warning on either the front or backend of your site though, where exactly are you seeing it? If you should have any further problems then please consider updating the theme to the latests version (4.8.6.2): https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
