Hi,
Thanks for the update. Could you give us WordPress and FTP access in private, so that we can have a closer look please?
Best regards,
RikardHey Miss Cheung,
Thanks for reaching out to us. That is not something that we do.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I activated debug mode for you, and copied the content to a test page, please see private. I tried removing the Google Reviews section, and the editor started working as it should after that. I’m not sure exactly how you added that though?
Best regards,
RikardHey Chris,
Thanks for reaching out to us. We are not accepting guest posts at the moment though.

Thanks for letting us know, I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now then. Please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.

RikardHi Bert,
Thanks for the update. If you want to experiment with your site, then you can always create test pages. If you still want to clone you site, then you can try following articles like this: https://smartwp.com/clone-wordpress-site/

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. The problem was that you had added rgba values in some of the theme options:
rgba(255,255,255,0.6)That is not supported unfortunately, it needs to be hex values. I changed the theme options, and the advanced styling is working as it should now. If you need help with custom CSS, then let us know what you need help with.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. All your screenshots are returning 403 errors, could you try uploading them to Google Drive or Dropbox instead please? I can’t see a LayerSlider or Animated Numbers added in your home page layout, please link to where we can see the actual problems. If you could use the link format in question as well, otherwise we get redirected to a JetPack login page.
Best regards,
RikardHey ebrupa,
Could you place the map inside of a Color Section please? Otherwise we would have to adjust the container for the whole page.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try to install and configure this plugin: https://envato.com/market-plugin/. If that doesn’t help, then try disabling your security plugin temporarily, as it might be blocking the traffic to/from Themeforest. The theme files on Themeforest are always the latest version. Uploading a zip file to your server won’t install the theme, it needs to be unzipped.

RikardHi lzevon,
Thanks for the update, let us know if you should need any further help on the topic. Thanks @guenni007 for helping out as well :-)
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I see that you are running the latest version of the theme on the first and third site, I’m guessing that you managed to get things working as they should? I couldn’t check the second site, since the login details are not working.
Best regards,
RikardHi keribird,
Please open a new thread and include WordPress admin login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi Alexia,
The thread is closed, but you can still read the content in it. It’s not really relevant as to why though, you still need to update the theme manually from the version you are running. You can download the latest version of the theme from your Themeforest account.
Best regards,
RikardHey Yurasik1,
Where can we see and reproduce the problem you are having?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I checked the product in private, but I’m still only seeing Arial. Could you post a link to where we can see the actual problem please? Please share a screenshot highlighting it as well.
Best regards,
RikardHi Lance,
Great, I’m glad that Ismael could help you out. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I changed the jQuery version to the default WordPress in the plugin options, and your mobile menu is working after that as well. The problem might have been caused by your caching plugin, but I can’t say for sure.
Best regards,
RikardHey pamsos,
Thanks for the screenshot. Please try installing and configuring this plugin: https://envato.com/market-plugin/. If that doesn’t help, then please include admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look.
Best regards,
RikardHi Eric,
Thanks for the update. What happens if you disable all plugins?

Great, I’m glad that you found a solution for your problem, and thanks for the update. I’m not sure if the theme was responsible for this problem or not, but if things are working as it should with 7.4, then please keep running that version for now.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

Thanks for the login details. I checked your site both on the front and backend, but I can’t see any problems anywhere. Could you let us know how to reproduce the problem you are seeing on your end please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Fabian,
Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.6.2) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
RikardHi Tobias,
Sorry for the problem, maybe the email ended up in your spam folder? Anyway, I’ve reset your account manually for you, please try logging in with your email and the password in private.

Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:

RikardAugust 21, 2021 at 4:57 am in reply to: Alternate content settings have an effect on Gutenberg #1317695Hi,
Thanks for the clarification. I think you will have to try to enqueue your own style sheet then, please refer to these articles:

Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. What I saw in the content when the layout was broken looked like theme shortcode, I’m not sure if you added that or not though? If you are looking to add shortcode in the content, then please check it on a test page first. Nesting shortcodes like that is not supported by default, and can break the Layout Builder.
Best regards,
