Hi,
Thanks for that. I created a test page, please see private. I tried cleaning up some of the markup which you had added in the content, but the server error is still occurring. Could you share server error logs with us please?
Best regards,

Hey John,
Please try this CSS instead:
@media only screen and (max-width: 479px) { #av_section_1 .av_two_fifth, #av_section_1 .av_three_fifth { margin-top: 0 !important; } }If you want a bit more specific CSS, then please assign an ID to the section with the 1/5 and 1/3, and replace av_section_1 in the code, with the ID you added.
Best regards,
RikardAugust 25, 2021 at 5:28 am in reply to: Background images are not displayed in color section or in blocks after upload #1318208Hi,
Sorry for the problem. I added this filter to your functions.php file:
/** * Filter to skip css file generation. * You can add logic to skip for certain pages/posts only. * * @since 4.8.6.1 * @param boolean $create * @return boolean true | false or anything else to skip generation of css file */ function custom_avf_post_css_create_file( $create ) { return false; } add_filter( 'avf_post_css_create_file', 'custom_avf_post_css_create_file', 10, 1 );And the background images are working after that. If you need further help with this, then please refer to this reply: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/background-image-is-not-displayed-anymore-after-update-to-enfold-4-8-6-1/#post-1317645, and check the file permissions of the https://your_site_name/wp-content/uploads/avia_posts_css/ folder.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure exactly what is unclear to you, but I see that you have added IDs to your sections on the page you linked to. steuererklaerungen for example. If you want to link directly to that section, then please try linking to the URL in private. That should work from anywhere on your site.
Best regards,
RikardHey wwt247,
Could you share the exact code you are using, so that we can try it out on a test installation please?

RikardAugust 25, 2021 at 4:23 am in reply to: Updated Enfold to the latest version and the sub menu stopped working #1318195Hi,
Thanks for the login details. The theme version number is correct, but the layout of the theme options doesn’t seem correct. Could you try deleting the old version of the theme, to see if that helps please? We can check it out for you, or upload a fresh copy of the theme, if you include FTP login details in private as well.
Best regards,
RikardHey purpleblue_Es,

Thanks for that. The WordPress login details are working, but the FTP login details are not. Please check and verify the FTP login details, and send them again.

RikardHi Jay,
Thanks for the update. I don’t know what to conclude from this unfortunately, since we haven’t seen this problem happening before. When the Layout Builder breaks in other situations, then it’s almost always due to open html markup in the content. I couldn’t see anything like that in your content though. Did you try to recreate the element? If you want to, then it might be a good idea to try and create that particular section in a separate page, then copy the shortcodes in after your are done. Doing it that way might compartmentalise the problem a bit more.
Best regards,
RikardHi Nora,
I don’t think you need a plugin for that, it should be possible with CSS. You can try something like this for example:
.team-social { background-image: url(https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/files/2017/02/people-2.jpg); background-repeat: no-repeat; background-size: cover; }Best regards,
