    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I turned off file compression for JavaScript in the theme options as well, and the toggles are working after that, please see private. I can’t see any problem with the LayerSlider though, could you try to explain that problem a bit further please?

    1. Please try this CSS, instead of floating the li elements:

    .html_header_top.html_bottom_nav_header #header_main_alternate .main_menu {
    width: auto;
    float: right;
}

    2. I’m not sure I understand your intentions here, could you post a screenshot highlighting them please? Or you could try to explain what you are looking to achieve a bit further.

    I’m not sure I fully understand your intentions, but I would suggest that you try 1/3 elements inside a Color Section element. The width of the Color Section can be adjusted with custom CSS.

    Hi Jeannette,

    Thanks for the update. Would you be able to share the content which you pasted when the error occurred please? It might be due to software like Word adding formatting to the text, which might break the layout builder. You can try to paste the content in a basic word processor like notepad or similar, before pasting it into the Text Block element as well, to see if that helps.

    Thanks for that. The slider works as it should when logged in, but not when logged out, which would indicate a caching problem. What happens if you disable your caching plugin?

    Thanks for the update. I tried adding adding the markup to your second footer widget, and I’m seeing the same thing on my end as well unfortunately. I feel a bit guilty now since your widgets are messed up. I tried adding the same markup on a test installation, but it’s working as it should there. Could you try removing the content from the other widgets, to see what happens then?

    Thanks for reaching out to us. A single license is valid for one domain, including sub domains. So if all your sites are on a single domain, then you would only need one license.

    Please try to enable debug mode in order to see Layout Builder shortcodes: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. After that you should be able to copy the shortcodes in question into your blog posts. Note that you will have to do this manually.

    Hi Rony,

    I’m not sure exactly what you are referring to, but that is probably default browser behaviour, it’s not theme or platform specific. You can check the image in the Media section of WordPress and remove the Description and Alternative text there. I would recommend that you keep it for SEO purposes though.

    I typed the anchor link URL in manually on an Android using Chrome, but it scrolls to the correct section there. Is this only happening when navigating to the link from third party platforms like WhatsApp?

    Hey ChrisXXX,

    The two themes are not compatible with each other unfortunately. If you would like to start using Enfold instead, then you will have to rebuild your current site. It shouldn’t take too much time though, since the Layout Builder in Enfold is quick and easy to use.
