Hi Matt,
The class is added to the parent element, but you are looking to target a paragraph within the parent element. You would have to target it this way instead:
.accordion-font-size .toggler { font-size: 26px; }Please try that out.

RikardSeptember 9, 2021 at 12:57 pm in reply to: Enfold update – Testimonial slider background color not correct #1320253Hi,
Thanks for the update. Deactivating WP Rocket is not working on my end, I’m not sure why. If safe mode worked then one of the things it removed is likely causing problems on your site. I would suggest that you deactivate everything which involves caching/minification/CDN in the plugin, then activate them one by one, to see if you start seeing any problems after each activation. Problems like these are very common when using caching plugins, yes.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.home div.slide-meta-comments, .home .slide-meta-del { display: none; }Best regards,

RikardSeptember 9, 2021 at 12:48 pm in reply to: WP Rocket 3.9.2 – Full Width Easy Slider not working #1320249Hi,
Thanks for the update. I checked your staging site using mobile emulation in Chrome, but I can’t see any problems there either. Does this only happen on actual mobile devices? If so, then please try loading the site in an incognito window to see if that helps.
Best regards,
RikardHi Bettina,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
#header_meta ul.avia_wpml_language_switch_extra { display: none; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. The FTP details are not working unfortunately, please check and verify.

RikardHey Cahya,
If you purchase the theme again, then you can use that for your current site, yes. If your current theme version is 4.4.1 or below, then you need to update manually. You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,
RikardHey Yossi,

RikardSeptember 9, 2021 at 6:55 am in reply to: All new updates on frontpage to generate an excel sheet or email? #1320213Hi,
Thanks for that.
– Start in the menu; that is not visible on my end.
– Background image too tall; if you’re only going to have a static background image, then please try using a Color Section element instead, it will give you more freedom to set the height.
– Black field with yellow text; so the problem is that the background colour is not applying?
– Text transform; you have this in Quick CSS:
.av-special-heading h1{ letter-spacing:1px; min-size: 18px !important; text-transform: none !important; } .av-special-heading h2{ letter-spacing:1px; min-size: 18px !important; text-transform: none !important; }If you remove that then the theme defaults will apply. You can change the text transform for your headers under Enfold->Advanced Styling.
– Too much info; that is the theme default, so if you want to hide some elements, then please keep the CSS you are using to alter that element.

RikardSeptember 9, 2021 at 6:37 am in reply to: Sidebar Issue – Can't seem to get sidebar to work on page. #1320204Hey slui,
The problem is not 1/1 elements, it’s full width elements like Color Sections. If you replace your Color Sections with 1/1 elements, then the sidebar will appear to the right of them.

Thanks for the update. You can create a copy of your site using a plugin like this for example: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the login details. You had several open media queries in Quick CSS, which was preventing the advanced options to apply, for example:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #about-us-image { max-width: 90%; }I closed all media queries, and your settings are applying now. Please review your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi Julie,

RikardSeptember 9, 2021 at 5:07 am in reply to: Images to Masonry grid do not show in preview or main page #1320180Hi,
Thanks for the update. I created a test page and I see the same problem as you are describing there, but I can’t reproduce it on a test installation running the same version as on your site. Could you try disabling all plugins to see if that makes any difference please? If not, then please share FTP login details in private as well, so that we can try to upload a fresh copy of the theme for you.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. So it’s the title on the page in private which you want to adjust? If so, then how exactly? It looks to be centered on my end. If you have a screenshot highlighting your intentions, then please share that with us.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

RikardHi Tomáš,
We don’t have any records of purchase codes unfortunately. You should be able to get that in your Themeforest account though, if you have access to the account which purchased the license you are using?

RikardHi Jeannette,
Thanks for the update. Our developers have come up with a solution for this problem, would it be ok if we implement it on your site? If so, then please include FTP login details in private as well, and verify that you have backups of the site.
Best regards,
RikardHi Jeannette,
I was not able to reproduce the problem, but that is likely since the text I copied did not come directly from the original document. I’m not sure exactly what is added to documents which are created in Word, but it’s a known problem in web development in general, that software like Word will add characters which sometimes can create problems in web documents.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
