September 14, 2021 at 6:14 am in reply to: Background images content section disappeared/not displayed after update #1320836
Hi,
Thanks for the update. I can’t reproduce the problem you are describing on my end though, the background image on the page in private is displaying fine in both regular and incognito browser windows, and file compression is still active. Could you try checking in a different browser, or try a private/incognito browser window please?
Best regards,
RikardSeptember 14, 2021 at 6:09 am in reply to: Different views in logged-in and logged-out condition #1320834Hi Christiane,
If the option to delete the old JS and CSS files is active in the theme options, then those files will be regenerated each time you change something in the theme options. That might not work all that well if you have caching plugins active, so if you intend on keeping your caching plugin, then please keep that option turned off during normal operation of your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure why the backgrounds are not showing, but I’m seeing error messages coming from some of your plugins. Does it make any difference if you deactivate all plugins? If not, then please activate the Appearance->Theme Editor functionality on your site, or share FTP login details with us in private.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the login details. Could you share FTP login details with us in private as well, so that we can try to upload a fresh copy of the theme please? Your theme options are breaking, but I’m not sure why unfortunately.

Thanks for the update, I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now then. Please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I changed the URL of your logo in the theme option, and it’s using the original image size now, please review your site.

RikardSeptember 14, 2021 at 4:58 am in reply to: Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /homepages/wp-content/theme #1320820Hi,
Great, I’m glad that you got thing working, and thanks for the update. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I can’t really see anything interesting in the log file though, but the theme doesn’t cause 503 errors by default, so the problem is likely local to your site or server environment. Did you try reaching out to your hosting provider? If not, then please try doing so, or try following this: https://www.ionos.com/digitalguide/hosting/technical-matters/http-503-how-to-fix-website-errors/

RikardSeptember 14, 2021 at 4:22 am in reply to: Already configured Contact form 7 integration with Enfold Newsletter and Contact #1320817Hi,
Thanks for the update. I’m still not sure I understand your intentions, but Contact Form 7 and the Contact Form element in Enfold are not compatible with each other, you would have to use one or the other. If you want to use your Contact Form 7 form, then please try adding it in a text or code block element using the shortcode you referred to.
Best regards,
RikardHi Marcus,
We can’t say for sure if your site will break or not unfortunately, could you try updating on a staging site first please?
Best regards,
RikardHi KeesKaas,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.av-image-hotspot-pulse { height: 84px; width: 84px; top: -28px; left: -29px; }Then adjust the numbers to your liking.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Do the warnings in question appear if you activate a different theme? Please check that you have debugging turned off in WordPress as well: https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

RikardHi,
Thanks for the clarification, please try this CSS:
#av-burger-menu-ul .sub-menu .sub-menu li a { font-size: 16px; }You will likely have to remove the !important part of the CSS you posted in your first post.
Best regards,
RikardHey tinagianna,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
span.av-kt6wwkba-4884fbf036b076e33f110e99b2999764:before { margin-left: -5px; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
I can’t see the class I suggested that you add to the element on your page, which class did you use? If you didn’t add a class, then please try doing to first of all.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

@media only screen and (max-width: 989px) { .av-no-preview ul.avia-timeline-vertical li { padding: 0 !important; } .av-no-preview .avia-timeline-vertical .av-milestone-date { margin-left: 80px; } }Best regards,

RikardHi Sam,
Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.6.2) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
RikardHi Matti,
Thanks for the update. The FTP login details are working, but I’m not sure where we can see the server debug logs?
I couldn’t find the page you are referring to, but I did check the page in private. I tried editing a few text blocks, but I can’t see any problems doing that. Please provide us with test page, or further instructions on how to reproduce the problem you are seeing on your end.

RikardSeptember 13, 2021 at 9:30 am in reply to: Different views in logged-in and logged-out condition #1320666Hi,
Thanks for that. I toggled the file compression options under Enfold->Performance, and activated the option to delete old CSS and JS files as well. Then I cleared the cache from your caching plugin, and it’s showing as it should after that. If you should have similar problems in the future, then please try doing what I did first of all.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update.
Burger menu; if you select the option to open sub menus on click, then you will get an option to create clones of the main menu items into the sub menu, maybe that would be an option for you?
Testimonials; I wasn’t aware that you had created your site with WP Bakery. We can’t provide support for third party layout builders unfortunately, please try reaching out to the developers of that plugin, to see if they can spot the problem for you.

Thanks for sharing your sites, and for using Enfold :-)
I’m not sure if we can add those to the reference page, but you can always share your sites in the Enfold showcase thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-showcase/

RikardSeptember 13, 2021 at 7:08 am in reply to: Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /homepages/wp-content/theme #1320633Hi,
Thanks for the clarification. Do you have WordPress debug mode enabled? If so, then please try turning it off: https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/. We can check it for you, if you share FTP login details with us in private.
Best regards,
RikardHi Yossi,
Thanks for the update. I activated debug mode on your site, and I’m seeing the same problem on my test installation. It seems to be working as it should when the 1/5 elements are empty though, but I’m not sure exactly why unfortunately. I’ve asked the rest of the team for help, let’s hope they can see what the problem is on your site. Please reply to this thread, so that it gets added back to our support queue.
Best regards,
RikardHi Christy,
I tried editing one of your pages, and I’m seeing 503 errors on a few resources, like the one in private. Could you share server log files with us? Also please try reaching out to your hosting provider, to see if they know why the server is responding with that error message.
Best regards,
Rikard -
