Thanks for the login details. The SG Optimiser plugin is creating that problem, so you need to turn off file compression in the theme. You should be able to compress/combine your resources using the plugin itself though.

Thanks for the login details. The max_execution_time value looks a bit low, the demos usually take longer than that to import. Could you try increasing that to see if it helps please?

First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.6.2) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. Also make sure that the option to delete the old CSS and JS files is active under Enfold->Performance, before you check the results after the update.

Thanks for that. I tried saving the theme options, but I can’t see any problems on my end. I tried adding a test page as well, and that is working as expected too. Could you let us know how to reproduce the problems you are seeing on your end please?

Thanks for the update. I’m not sure exactly what your hosting provider means by that either, but if there was a permission problem of some sort, then me and Yigit should see the same thing that you are seeing. That is not the case now, and we would have to find out why. Would you like us to install an earlier version of the theme on the site in private? If so, then in which folder is that located? Also please verify that you have backups of the site in question, in case something should go wrong.
