Hi Mathias,
Thanks for that, I’m seeing the same problem on my end as well unfortunately, but I’m not sure what is causing it to happen. Does it make any difference if you disable all plugins? Also please try activating the parent theme, to see what happens then.
I will check why you can’t post on the forum as well.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that Mike and Ismael could help you out. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.

Thanks for the login details. Where can we see and reproduce the problem you are having?

RikardOctober 4, 2021 at 4:56 am in reply to: Issue with WordPress Error HTTP 500 after updating to 4.8.6.3 #1323375Hi,
Thanks for the login details. I’m only seeing a 500 internal server error when trying to edit a page, I’m not sure why that is unfortunately. Do you have server logs which you could share with us? Also please try to disable all plugins, to check for a potential conflict. If that doesn’t change anything, then please share FTP login details with us as well, so that we can try to upload a fresh copy of the theme for you.
Best regards,
RikardHi Mathias,
Which user name or email are you registered under on the support forum? Also, could you include the receipt for you purchase on Envato?
About the problem on your site; please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
RikardHi Michelle,
Which version of the theme are you running? If it’s not 4.8.6.3, then please update to that: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If that doesn’t fix the problem, then please include admin WordPress login details in private.

RikardOctober 3, 2021 at 5:50 am in reply to: When making new pages they keep showing up on the menu and no way of deleting #1323319Hi,
Title container; try this in Quick CSS:
.title_container .container { max-width: 100%; }Search icon; deactivate the Append search icon to main menu option under Enfold->Main Menu.
Menu; make sure that the Automatically add new top-level pages to this menu option isn’t checked.

RikardHi hammerseo,
The fix posted by Günter is working on my end, which headers are not included in the example post you linked to? Also, are we allowed to add the fix for you, to make sure that it’s added correctly?
Best regards,
RikardHi Marc,
Thanks for that. I’ve uploaded and activated the latest version of the theme for you now, and everything seems to be working as it should. Please review your site.

Great, I’m glad that you got it working, and thanks for the update. If anyone else posting in this thread has problems with implementing this fix, then please share admin WordPress and FTP login details in private.

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Did you try out the suggestions listed here? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/contact-form/#my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails-. I tried adding a new user to check if your WordPress installation is able to send emails, but I’m not allowed to add or edit users.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Did you try the script I suggested instead? I tried checking your site again, but the login details are not working anymore.
Best regards,
RikardHi Bonnie,
I uploaded a new copy of header.php to your site, and it’s working. Your old header is located in your child theme with the name _old_header.php

Thanks for that. I see the problem on your site, and I can reproduce it on a test installation as well. I have reported this to our developers, we’ll update you here once we find a solution.

RikardOctober 2, 2021 at 7:22 am in reply to: When making new pages they keep showing up on the menu and no way of deleting #1323250Hi,
New pages; that is the default behaviour if you haven’t assigned a menu as your main menu under Appearance->Menus.
Other problems; please post a link to your actual site so that we can have a closer look.
Best regards,
RikardHi Melissa,
Footer disappearing; it’s likely that this is due to header.php being overridden in your child theme, please try updating that file with the content from the the same file in current version of the theme.
Builder disappearing; it looks fine on my end, does this only happen on specific pages, or after updating to the latest version?
Warning; you are already using a child theme.
Best regards,
RikardHi hammerseo,

RikardHi Marc,
Thanks for that. I was able to login to your FTP account, but the themes located in the themes folder in both the folders in private doesn’t seem to correspond with the themes I’m seeing under Appearance on your actual site. Which is the correct folder?
Best regards,
RikardHey mct2ok,
I can only see a coming soon page on the example page?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
I’m not sure why that is unfortunately, but I’m guessing they are there for a reason. Most of the files in your child theme are not Enfold theme files though.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure what a nulled theme is? Do you mean that you have downloaded it from a non official source? If so, then please try the plugin I linked to, or upload the new theme files using FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-theme/#ftp-install
Best regards,
RikardHi,
No problem, I’m glad that we could help :-)
Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.

RikardHi John,
We recently updated the forum so that users without valid support licences cannot post on the forum, according to Envato guidelines. If you need to access the support forum again, then please extend your support period with Envato.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I see the problem in your screencast, but I wasn’t able to reproduce the problem on my end. Maybe I missed a step, but in any case, the user scenario is very unlikely to happen. Does the editor go back to normal if you save the page, or reload it? Also, I see that you are using special characters in the text, you might want to try to add the html code for those characters instead, to see if that works better. Please see reference in private.
Best regards,
RikardHey slui,
You have set those columns to have equal height, please try removing that setting, or set a higher pixel value.
Best regards,
RikardHey slui,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive #top #main { margin-top: 99px !important; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Could you share FTP login details with us as well, so that we can have a closer look please?
Best regards,
RikardHey crpsoftware,
Thanks for the login details. That is the expected behaviour when using the Layout Builder to create posts, you can use the Image element for your featured image, and the Social Buttons element to add sharing buttons. If you want to add these elements automatically, then please use the default WordPress editor instead.
Best regards,
RikardHey slui,
The settings for that element is coming from Enfold->Advanced Styling. If you want to override that setting, then you can assign a class to the element in question, like so:
<h1 class="white-header">Content</h1>Then add this to Quick CSS:
.white-header { color: #fff !important; }Best regards,
