Thanks for the login details. I see that you are adding a lot of custom html markup in your content, and open html tags will unfortunately break the layout builder. I couldn’t find any obvious problems in your content though, but maybe you can spot any open tags in your content? Also please try cleaning up your markup so you don’t add anything unnecessary, like this for example:

Hi bkatzdesign,

Missing footer; you will have to update header.php, just like I did for you. There is no fix for this, since the structure of the parent header.php has changed. If you are not overriding header.php, then you can delete it from your child theme.

Thanks for the video. I’m not sure if I’m misunderstanding your question/problem, but things look to be working on the copied page? If the preview is not working on the old page, then something might be wrong with it. Copying all the shortcodes to a new page, should hopefully resolve that.

Thanks for that. Copperplate is a web safe font, but is not installed on all devices. Please try to download the font in question, then upload it to your server. After that we can give you some custom CSS to use. Please include the full URL of the files you have uploaded in private as well.

Updating the the content of header.php has worked for all other users, so we would have to verify that you have done it correctly. To be able to do that, we would need FTP access. If you can’t give us FTP access, then please try copying header.php from your parent to the theme again, and add back your customisations after that.
