Thanks for that. I think that should be possible yes, but like I said before, you will need custom CSS for that. If you need further help, then please link to where you want to implement that layout. If you want to try yourself, then please add a Color Section with a background image, then you can add the semi transparent element using a 1/1 element for example.

The theme doesn’t have anything like that by default unfortunately, and we are not aware of any such plugins. Could you try searching to see if something is available in the WordPress plugin repository maybe?
