Hi,

Thanks for the update. I’m seeing this server error message when trying to save the theme options: https://httpstatuses.com/510. We’re not sure why that is happening, so you might have to reach out to your hosting provider for clarification on that problem.

That file is part of the theme. If you need further help as to why that file is being flagged, then you would need to reach out to JetPack support.

Thanks for that. I see the same thing on my end, but I can’t tell you why the parent themes are not in the FTP folder unfortunately. Your child should not work without the parent theme. I think you will have to reach out to your hosting provider to see if they can help you out with this problem.

Thanks for the update. The header meta problem; I can’t reproduce the problem on my end. I added the CSS in the WordPress customiser, and it’s working as it should. Please see screenshot in private.

I can’t see the other problem you are describing on my end either. I edited the Special Heading, and it’s working as expected, please see screenshot in private. Could you try using a different browser to see if that helps?

If you are not seeing changes on your actual site, then it’s likely due to local or server side caching. The theme doesn’t have any functionality for that, and there’s nothing in the theme which would delay publishing of any content.

Hey Mike,

That sounds a bit strange, I can’t tell you why the mask avatar appeared unfortunately. We’ve had other users reporting that their theme settings had been reset though, and in those cases, it was a plugin called Email before download which caused the problem.

Thanks for the update. Please add a custom class in the Advanced tab for the sections which you want to remove the padding from. Then you can use CSS like this in Quick CSS:

}
