November 12, 2021 at 5:51 am in reply to: Menu Issue: Changes in the Menu are not applied in the theme #1328725
Hi,
Thanks for the update. I saw that the Events menu item was missing now, so I simply saved the menu and reloaded the front page. It shows up after that. I’m not sure why it’s acting like that, but it might be related to your caching plugin. If you should have further problem with this, then please try clearing the cache from the plugin, or disable it temporarily.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that you found it. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.

RikardHi tjg,
The transparent logo is set under Enfold->Header->Transparency Options, could you try changing it there please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Alex,
Please try this CSS as well:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive .logo img { max-height: 160px; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,
This problem is caused by the Performance & speed setting in JetPack, when that is turned off it’s working as it should. If you need further help with the setting in that plugin, then please reach out to JetPack support.
Best regards,
RikardHey cvanberkel,
The Enfold Layout Builder is not compatible with Beaver Builder unfortunately, so if you want to use the Layout Builder in Enfold, you would have to rebuild your content.

RikardNovember 11, 2021 at 12:22 pm in reply to: Having a number of mobile and tablet responsive issues #1328648Hi,
This code seems to be causing that to happen:
@media only screen and (min-width: 781px) and (max-width: 1179px) { #header_meta { margin-top: 40px; } }Please try to remove or modify it.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I tried checking your front page, but the layout there looks different from your screenshots. Could you post a link to where we can see the elements in your screenshots please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
If you don’t have the Theme Editor option under Appearance in the WordPress menu, then please ask you hosting provider to activate it, or edit functions.php manually via FTP. You can add it to the very bottom of the file in question.

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.7.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If that doesn’t help, then please post admin WordPress login details in private.
If you need to create a token, then please refer to this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Do you have a different server which you can try the theme out on? And did you try the suggestion in the article I posted previously? If you need further help, then please check the login details you posted, as they are not working anymore.

RikardNovember 11, 2021 at 8:15 am in reply to: Change link colour and add underline but keep button colors #1328619Hi,
You should be able to set the colours of your choice in the General Styling tab in the element options. If you want separate styling for your buttons, then you can set that under Enfold->Advanced Styling.
Best regards,
RikardHi Damien,
If you update to the latest version of the theme (4.8.7.1), then you can set the order to individual ordering in the column options under Row Screen Options->Column Behaviour When Fullwidth. Then you set the actual order under Advanced->Responsive->Mobile Breakpoint Position.

I can’t see any problem on my end using Firefox Developer v95.0b3. Could you post a screenshot or screencast of the problem you are seeing on your end please? Also please let us know which version of the browser you are using.
Best regards,
RikardHey Jallah Saywala,
Sorry for the problem. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.8.7.1) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.8.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

RikardHey jb84,
It looks like it’s being hidden by the padding you have applying to the column, 200 pixels on each side. Please try copying the element, and hide the current one for mobile. Then remove the padding from the new element, and hide it for all screens, except mobile.
Best regards,
RikardHi Thomas,
I see that the site is running an old version of the theme. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.7.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If you don’t have access to the Themeforest account which was used to purchase the license, then you will likely have to buy it again: https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990

The version you are running is very old, and not compatible with the current version of WordPress. Could you copy the site to a staging site and update there first, so that we can see the actual problem?

RikardNovember 11, 2021 at 7:27 am in reply to: Can I have a "Partially" Transparent & Glossy Header ?? #1328610Hi Nancy,
If your CSS is working, then I don’t see a problem with it. If you want it to apply only to your home page, then please try this CSS instead:
.home .av_header_transparency #header_meta { background: #122348; }Best regards,
RikardHey Alexandervc33,
This CSS in Quick CSS seems to be causing that to happen:
.home span.logo { left: 50%; -webkit-transform: translate(-50%,0); -ms-transform: translate(-50%,0); transform: translate(-50%,0); }If you only want that to apply to screen sizes above mobile, then please change it to this:
@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) { .home span.logo { left: 50%; -webkit-transform: translate(-50%,0); -ms-transform: translate(-50%,0); transform: translate(-50%,0); } }Best regards,
