You have set the body tag to use Work Sans under Enfold->Advanced Styling. Please try removing or changing that setting.

Hey Matt,

Thanks for the login details. Does the same thing happen when the parent theme is active? If not, then you might have to update the files you are overriding in the shortcodes folder in your child theme.

Could you share server error logs with us please? Also please try reaching out to your hosting provider, as they should be in a better place to help you out with this problem.

Hi,

Thanks for the update. You need to configure the plugin as well, otherwise you can’t see or update your purchases. Also please check the help tab in the plugin, you might need to change some server configurations which are listed under the Health Check header.
