I’m pretty sure that there are solutions out there for mobile autoplay, but as far as I know, it’s not allowed by default on for example Apple devices. We don’t have any solution to offer for that unfortunately, but you might be able to find one if you search for the problem online.

Thanks for the update. I can see that the Team Member element is missing in the Layout builder on your site, but I can’t reproduce the problem on two separate test installations. Does the same thing happen if you activate the parent theme?

Thanks for the update. Autoplay videos are disabled by default, since some phone manufacturers don’t support it. You might want to chose a different layout for mobile devices.
