It’s not added by the div with the clear class.

Are you overriding header.php? If so then try to replace that with the parent theme file, then add your customisations back in after that. If you need further help, the please activate Appearance->Theme Editor on your installation, or share FTP login details with us in private.

What countries are allowed to access your site? If you could remove that restriction until we have looked at your site, then maybe that would be a good idea.
