Thanks for the update. I get in now, and I can use it, but it’s still very slow on the backend. I tried activating the parent theme to see if that would change anything, but it didn’t. Are we allowed to temporarily deactivate all plugins? If the backend is working as it should on your end, then it might be better that you try it. Also, if you could provide us with FTP access, then we could try to upload a fresh copy of the theme for you.

Yes, it can prevent the theme settings from applying unfortunately, as does invalid or incomplete CSS code in Quick CSS. I’m glad that we could help though, please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.

Thanks for the login details. I can’t see any warnings on any of your sites when logging in, maybe that was something temporary?

The problem on the second site is likely caused by the SG Optimiser plugin. Please try disabling file compression under Enfold->Performance, to see if that helps.

Are you overriding header.php in a child theme? If you are, then you might have to replace that file with the parent theme file, then add your customisation back in after that. If that is not the problem, then please post admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look.

I can’t see that happening on my end, it loads almost instantly. Maybe you had a temporary bad connection on your end? You can also try a different or private browser window, to see if that changes anything?
