Hi,
Thanks for that. The WordPress login details don’t seem to be working, could you check and verify please? Also, I checked the site in private using FTP, but I can’t see Enfold installed there?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the clarification. Please try this in Quick CSS:
@media only screen and (min-width: 989px) and (max-width: 1200px) { .home #av_section_5 .av_three_fifth, .home #av_section_5 .av_two_fifth { width: 100%; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the screenshot. I’m still not sure what exactly you are looking to change though, what exactly is the problem in the screenshot?
Best regards,
RikardHi Brian,
I would suggest that you update WordPress to the latest version first of all on the staging site. If you should run into problem with the old version of the theme after that, then you can rename the folder via FTP. After that you can upload the new version in a temporary folder, then rename it to enfold once the upload is done.
Best regards,
RikardHi Matthew,
Which details did you use to register on the support forum?
Best regards,
RikardHi Brian,
The update to 4.8.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
You might want to copy the site to a staging area and update there first.
Best regards,

Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this CSS as well:
#top div.woocommerce-message a { color: #fff; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that Yigit could help you out. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.
Best regards,
RikardHey wp1,
I don’t think there’s much we can do about that since the content under your first 1/3 will display once the content of that ends. You might want to add some of the content to the 2/3 instead.
Best regards,
RikardHey agenturwendt,

RikardHi Kathy,
Thanks for the login token. I checked your header.php file, but I can’t see any overrides added to it. If you are not overriding anything in header.php, then you can delete the file from your child theme. We can do that for you, but then we would need FTP access. I’m not sure exactly how your hosting provider works, but you should be able to create an FTP account in the administration. If not, then please reach out to their support to see if they can give you FTP login details.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
#custom_html-3 a span.image-overlay { display: none; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
If you edit the image and remove the white space at the top, then it will align as it should.

RikardHey malawifish,
Could you post a link to where we can see the problem you are having please? If you could explain it a bit further as well, then that would be appreciated.
You can communicate in German, but we don’t have any native German speakers on the moderator team, so we would have to translate your messages.
Best regards,
RikardHi mistermagoo8691,
Did you check the Tab Position option in the Styling tab in the element options?

RikardHey ladefogedpeter,
I’m not sure I understand what you are looking to achieve, could you try to explain your intentions a bit further please?

Thanks for that. I see that you are overriding av-helper-masonry.php in your child theme, could you try updating that file with the content from the parent theme please?
Best regards,
RikardHey autoadmin,
A child theme is only used to override the parent. If you are not having any problems with your child theme, then it should not be updated.
Best regards,
RikardHey Meike,
I checked your site on a Samsung A31 using Chrome, but I can’t see any problems with the links on my end. Could you let us know how to reproduce the problem please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Could you post a link to where we can see the results you are getting please?

Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
#top select, #top .avia_ajax_form .select, #top .entry-content-wrapper select { background-position: 0% 50%; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. The link that you posted is not created by us, so I don’t know who has created that page. I would recommend that you import the medical demo, and customise your site based on that. Also, I’m still not sure which plugin you are referring to, if you would like to clarify that a bit.
Best regards,
RikardHey sitesme,
I can’t see the problem on my end on OSX either, and I don’t have a Windows machine to check on unfortunately. I’m not sure I understand the problem in the screenshot though, could you try to explain that a bit further please? If you could check on a different Windows machine, then that should exclude any possibility of the problem being local to the machine you are seeing the problem on.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this CSS instead:
#header_main { border-bottom-width: 0; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. If you are looking to change the main menu of your site, you can do that under Appearance->Menus, and if you need to create new pages, then you can do that under Pages in the WordPress menu. I’m still not sure which plugin you are referring to, since we only sell the Enfold WordPress theme, no plugins. We can help you out with problems in the theme, but not with basic tasks like organising menus and creating pages.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure which plugin you are referring to, could you try to explain exactly what you have bought on Envato please? If you check the medical demo on our site, you will see that it doesn’t look the same as the link you provided: https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-medical/. We can help you out with importing the demo, but we can’t customise a site for you unfortunately.
Best regards,
Rikard -
