Hi Melissa,
Thanks for the login details. Please share FTP login details with us as well, so that we can replace the file in question for you.
Best regards,
RikardHi Melissa,
Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.8.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please post admin WordPress login details in private.
Best regards,

RikardHey Justin,
Do you have an active support period? If not, then please refer to this: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extending-and-Renewing-Item-Support. We recently implemented a check for this on the forum, since it’s a requirement from Envato.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. This is a common problem, since the Layout Builder might break if there is open html markup in your content. I tried checking your site, but it’s not loading on my end, please see private. Please let us know how we can login to your site, and how we can reproduce the problem you are having.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

That site looks customised, but you can select a demo of your liking here: https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-overview/.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure which sub text you are referring to, could you post a screenshot highlighting the problem please?

RikardHey Jost,
Thanks for the login details. I’m seeing a lot of error messages on your front page, but I’m not sure exactly what is causing them to happen unfortunately. Could you try to deactivate all plugins to see if that changes anything please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Stefan,
Thanks for the login details. I’m not sure what you mean by no start-up text is displayed on the block page. Are you referring to the title of the page maybe? If so then that is as expected, as all content needs to be added manually to posts created with the Layout Builder, including the title of the post.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that it’s working as it should now, and thanks for the update. I’ll close this thread for now then, please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Are you trying to target the home class on your home page in the code you posted? If so, then please try this instead:
@media only screen and (min-width: 990px) and (max-width: 1440px) { .home .maintitle { font-size: 1.2em; line-height: 1em; padding: 0px 1em; } }The # character is used for ID’s only. Also, you might need to be a bit more specific in your CSS, as I see that you have different markup in the element which you applied the class to.
To target the h1 element, you might need something like this:
@media only screen and (min-width: 990px) and (max-width: 1440px) { .home .maintitle h1 span { font-size: 1.2em; line-height: 1em; padding: 0px 1em; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,
I added this CSS to Quick CSS, and it’s working on my end:
@media only screen and (min-width: 989px) and (max-width: 1200px) { .home #av_section_5 .av-flex-placeholder { display: none; } .home #av_section_5 .av_three_fifth, .home #av_section_5 .av_two_fifth { display: block; width: 100%; } }Best regards,
RikardHey Greg,
I changed the font family to the one you wanted for your first header, and that is working as it should. Simply mark the text, then change the font family in the STYLE tab in the edit sidebar.
Best regards,
RikardHey szymme,
Do you mean that you want the area indicated in the screenshot wider? If so, then please post a link to where we can see the actual elements on your site.

I see that you are overriding some files in the shortcode folder in your child theme, could you try updating those with the content from the parent theme please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I can’t load your site at all on my end, please see error message in private. I’m not sure why that is happening unfortunately.

The problem was likely due to caching, please try clearing all caches next time something like this happens.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I checked on a different Samsung device now, but I still can’t see any problems on my end. Would you be able to record a screencast of the problem please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this instead:
@media only screen and (min-width: 989px) and (max-width: 1200px) { .home #av_section_5 .av-flex-placeholder { display: none; } .home #av_section_5 .av_three_fifth, .home #av_section_5 .av_two_fifth { width: 100%; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this CSS instead:
li.unclickable a:hover { background-color: transparent; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I can see the problem on your actual site, but I can’t reproduce it on a test installation, all images show up there. Maybe there is a setting in the plugin which is preventing all images to be shown? There could also be a conflict with another plugin installed on your site.
