Thanks for the login details. I see the problem on your site, but it goes away when I activate the parent theme, so the problem is coming from you child. Could you try removing all your customisations, then add them back one by one to see what is causing this to happen please?

If they have been built them with the regular WordPress editor, then you should be able to import them without any problems. If you are looking to use the Layout Builder in them, then you will have to rebuild them.

A regular license should be enough for that: https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990. The theme update has to be initiated manually from the WordPress backend, it does not support the Plesk toolkit.

Thanks for the update. I see that you are overriding header.php and footer.php in your child theme, please try updating those files with the content of the parent theme files, then add your customisations back in after that.

If you don’t have access to the Themeforest account which was used to purchase your theme license, then you would likely be better off purchasing a new license.

Once you have access to the theme files, then the update to 4.8.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
