Thanks for that. It looks like the Produits en fin de vie menu item is generating a jQuery error on your site. Does it help if you remove or edit that menu item temporarily?

Hi,

Thanks for that. I see that you are using the Icon Grid element there, and html markup is not allowed in the title unfortunately. If the markup is not there, then we can’t target it with CSS. Maybe you could try using regular Icons, and then add your text/markup in Text Block elements?

Thanks for the screenshot. Could you post a link a link to where we can see the actual element on your site as well please? We need to inspect it to be able to give you accurate CSS. The site you linked to before is asking for a username and password now.

Hi,

Thanks for the update. There’s no functionality for directing emails in the theme by default unfortunately, maybe you could try using a dedicated contact form plugin instead?

Hi,

Do you have access to the Themeforest account which was used to purchase the theme license? If so, then you can download the theme files from there. After you have access to the theme files, then the update to 4.8.x has to be done manually from the version you are running. You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

Hi,

Yes, that is likely the problem. The Enfold layout builder is unfortunately not compatible with the Gutenberg block editor.
