Your new problem; the screenshots you posted are not working, and the link to the page leads to a 404 page. Please check and post again.

Hi,

Thanks for that. I see that the same problem happens if one of the default theme is activated as well, so this is not a theme problem. Could you try reaching out to the plugin developers for further support, or try finding an alternative plugin please?

I’m not sure exactly what you saw, but that is not for your theme license, since it’s valid for life. Maybe it was a notice to renew your support period? If you want to extend that, then please refer to this: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extending-and-Renewing-Item-Support. Please note that this is not something which you have to pay, it’s only if want to access the support forum.

That might be possible, but we don’t have a solution for that unfortunately. Creating such functionality would likely take a very long time, so it would be considered out of scope of theme support.

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.8.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. It looks like the update is not showing on the backend of your site, please try to install and configure this plugin if you can’t get the theme updated from the theme options: https://envato.com/market-plugin/
