Our support for third party layout builders is very limited unfortunately, since the theme comes with its own layout builder. Please try reaching out to Elementor support first of all, and if you should need any help from us, then we need to see the actual problem.

Thanks for that. I tried installing the previous version of the theme on your site, but it made no difference unfortunately. The likely reason for this breaking is probably the WordPress 5.9 update, since I can’t reproduce the problem on any version running WordPress 5.8.2. Could you try downgrading WordPress to see if that helps please? https://increasily.com/how-to-downgrade-wordpress/. We can do it for you if you give us permission to so, also please verify that you have backups of your site.

Great, I’m glad that you found the cause of your problem. I’m not aware with any plugins like that unfortunately, but maybe you could find an alternative? I’m not sure exactly how these holes manifests themselves, but if you need further help with that, then please open a separate thread for that problem.

Thanks for the update. There seems to be a problem when selecting that particular font yes, I’ll report that to our developers. If you want to actually use that font, then please add this to Quick CSS:

#top #wrap_all .all_colors h1, #top #wrap_all .all_colors h2, #top #wrap_all .all_colors h3, #top #wrap_all .all_colors h4, #top #wrap_all .all_colors h5, #top #wrap_all .all_colors h6 {

The other fonts that I tried out seem to be working as they should.

Thanks for the update. If you don’t have access to the theme files in the account which was used to purchase your license, then I would recommend that you purchase the theme again. Otherwise you will never be able to update the theme, and you will likely run into problems with a few months, since older versions of the theme won’t be compatible with newer versions of WordPress.

I checked your settings and they seem to be working as they should, could try to be a bit more specific as to which setting is not working? If you use Standard, then a default theme font size will apply.

Please read this to know when each setting is active:

Default: all screensizes (no media query)
Medium: between 768px and 989px – eg: Tablet Landscape
Small: between 480px and 767px – eg: Tablet Portrait
Very Small: smaller than 479px – eg: Smartphone Portrait

Thanks for the update. I see the problem on your actual site, but I can’t reproduce it on test installation using 4.8.9 or 4.8.8.1. Are we allowed to temporarily deactivate plugins and themes on your installation? Also please share FTP login details in private, so that we can try to upload a fresh copy of the theme for you.
