Thanks for the update. We can’t keep track of problems with third party plugins unfortunately, you are probably better off searching their support for an answer. You could also try the Contact Form element which is included in Enfold.

If you leave widget areas empty, then the theme will add dummy content. If you want the widget areas to be empty, then please add an empty text widget to the area for example.

You have an option to set the header as sticky in the theme options, but that option doesn’t apply on mobile. If you want it sticky on mobile as well, then please add the CSS under Enfold->General Styling->Quick CSS.

Thanks for the update. Plugin shortcodes should work in both the Text Block and Code Block elements. In your case, it sounds like the shortcodes are actually working, but not rendered properly?

Thanks for the update. There are no trial versions of Enfold, so that is not true.

Once you have access to the theme files, then I would recommend that you upload the new version to a separate folder via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-theme/#ftp-install. That way you can easily activate the old version if something goes wrong.

If you need help with updating, then please include admin WordPress and FTP login details in private. Also please verify that you have backups of the site. We would need proof of purchase as well.
