Hi Lyse,

I tried logging into your site, but there’s a 403 error screen before being able to login. Are you blocking some country IP ranges maybe? If so, then please whitelist the countries in private.

You will have to use the Layout Builder to create your product pages, the product elements can be found in the Plugin Additions tab in the Layout Builder.

Everything which is built using the Enfold layout builder will be in theme specific shortcode, so you can’t export layouts to other themes unfortunately.

Hey Joe,

It looks like the fonts families are reversed. The first site is using Helvetica for headers, and Open Sans for the body text. Please check your settings under Enfold->General Styling->Fonts on the new site.

Hi Josh,

Updates are always risky, that is why we recommend to perform them on a staging/development version first. Could you try that out maybe? If you need further help, then please include admin WordPress login details in private to the site where we can see the actual problem.

We haven’t added anything in the theme which would intentionally break sites on updates, if no token is added on the backend.
