Hi,
Thanks for the update. So the problem was that some of your fullwidth easy sliders were showing the wrong images, correct? If so, then I saw the same thing on my end. They all had the same ID for same reason, and removing the IDs from them seems to help. I tried duplicating some of the elements as well, and that is working as expected as well. Please check the page in private. If everything is correct on that page, then please let us know if you should need help with other pages as well.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that, but which element is it supposed to apply to? If you need help with the Elementor plugin, then it might be better if you reach out to their support.
Best regards,
RikardHi Buddy,
I tried activating the parent theme, and the mobile layout seems to be going back to normal after that. I’m not sure exactly in your child theme is causing this to happen though. Could you try removing all customisations from it, then add them back one by one to when the problem starts please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I’m not sure if the moderator on that forum is misunderstanding what you want, but we can’t help you out with transferring ownership of a theme license, simply because we don’t access to that system. Envato/Themeforest handles all sales related matters, and they can see who owns a specific theme license. Could you try contacting them here instead please? https://www.envato.com/contact/
Best regards,
RikardHi Franz,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { html.html_boxed { background: red; } }Best regards,
RikardHey Jason,
Did you try searching here? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/. What would you like to add to which menu?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that you got everything working, and thanks for the update. I’ll close this thread for now then, please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Yes, since it’s not a purchase code. You are already registered on the forum, that means you can’t register again. Your support period hasn’t updated on our end yet, and we’ll investigate why. Until then, we can help you out with your problem here in this channel.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I’m not sure why, but some of the element IDs were duplicated. I fixed that on all the page you linked to, and the correct images are showing now. Please let us know if this should happen again.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that you got it working, and thanks for the update. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. We can help you out with your site here if you try to describe the problem a bit further, and give us access to your site.
About your support problem;
1. Your purchase code should have been sent to you when you bought the theme, maybe you could search your email? This might help you find it too: https://herothemes.com/support/knowledge-base/where-do-i-find-my-themeforest-purchase-code/
2. That is correct, you will only get a purchase code with the theme license.
3. We have a contract with Envato/Themeforest, and it’s not something we can get out of. Themeforest are not running a scam either, we can hopefully get this sorted when you can provide us with your theme license purchase code.
Edit; I checked the files on the page you linked to, and your purchase code is in there. Please see private. I checked that on our support forum, and you are registered there, but your support period has not been updated yet. There can sometimes be some delays, but we can help you out with your site here for now, until your recent support purchase has gone through.
Best regards,
RikardHi Roy,
Thanks for the update, but we can’t make any changes to ownership of theme licenses unfortunately. That is all handled by Envato/Themeforest, so I’m surprised that they would answer in that way. Could you share your conversation with them here please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Mike,
Thanks for the update. Let’s continue in the thread you linked to.

Thanks for the update. I’m not sure if it’s a theme problem or not yet, but we’ll find out for sure. Could you let me know exactly how you are adding the smilies please?

RikardFebruary 13, 2022 at 5:57 am in reply to: About clean installation and the demo seems not normal after imported. #1340335Hi,
Thanks for that, login details are working now. I’m still not sure I understand the problem you are having though. The demo seems to be imported as it should, and you have started customising it? If you need further help, then please try to explain the problem you are having a bit further. You could also post screenshots highlighting it.

RikardFebruary 13, 2022 at 5:32 am in reply to: The theme is broken after migration to the main domain #1340334Hi,
Thanks for that, let’s focus on one problem at a time. I checked the page you linked to, but the white space you are using there seems to be displaying as it should on my end: https://snipboard.io/miauP7.jpg. If you can’t see that on your end, then please try loading the page in an incognito or private browser window, to see if that helps.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. The details you posted previously seems to be invalid.

RikardFebruary 13, 2022 at 5:15 am in reply to: Buttons flipping below each other in responsive view #1340332Hi,
Thanks for the update. I can’t see the problem on my end, and the screenshot you linked to is not working. Could you upload it to a service like Imgur.com or Snipboard.io instead please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Jak,
I’m not sure I fully understand your intentions. Could you try to explain a bit further, or post a link to an already working example please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
I just loaded the website in an incognito window and they all appear, every page, what does that mean?
It likely means that you are getting locally cached results in your regular browser. Please try to clear all caches, then restart it, to see if that help.

RikardFebruary 12, 2022 at 9:33 am in reply to: About clean installation and the demo seems not normal after imported. #1340250Hi Michael,
Thanks for the login details. They don’t seem to be working to login to your wordpress.com account though, could you check and verify please? Note that no plugins are required for running Enfold, or importing demo data.
Best regards,
RikardHey Robin,
That doesn’t seem to be a valid purchase code: https://kriesi.at/support/register/. Could you share your theme purchase receipt with us please?
Best regards,
RikardHey Snerp,
The login details you posted are not working, please check and verify.
Are you overriding header.php in a child them? If so, then please try to replace that file with the parent theme file, then add your customisations back in after that.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. If uploading the settings file didn’t work the first time, then it will likely not work the second time either. I’m asking you to make the settings manually again, to see if that helps? The menu style after scroll, should be the default settings in the theme, the ones which are not under Transparency Options. You can upload fonts under Enfold->Import/Export.

RikardHi gcworks,
If you want to switch to the burger menu at a specific pixel point, then please try this in Quick CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) { nav.main_menu { display: block !important; } #avia-menu .menu-item { display: none; } .av-burger-menu-main.menu-item-avia-special { display: block; } }Adjust the 1024 pixel value to your liking.
Thanks @guenni007 for helping out :-)
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that you found a solution, and thanks for sharing it.
We’re not complete sure this problem is occurring yet, but it might be due to the dashes in the file name. We’ll report back once we are sure of the cause.
Best regards,
RikardHey gcworks,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
div .logo { width: 500px; height: 300px; } .logo img { width: 100%; }Best regards,
