Thanks for the login details. I uploaded the latest version of the theme for you, but your site broke once it was activated. I see that you are overriding some files your child theme, and those are the likely cause of the problem. I would suggest that you try to start off with a clean child theme, then add your customisation back in one by one, to see what is causing problems with the new version.

Hi Kathy,

If you are not overriding any code in header.php, then you delete it from your child theme. If you are adding or overriding any code to header.php, then please try copy the file from the parent over to the child, then add your customisations back in after that.

Thanks for the update. I installed 4.8.1 on the test site, but I’m seeing the same behaviour in both versions; when the default editor is active, then the SKU will appear automatically, but it won’t when the Layout Builder is active. That behaviour is as designed. Maybe you had some custom code in the parent theme which was overwritten during the update?

Are you overriding header.php or footer.php in a child theme? If so, then please try copying the parent theme files over to your child, then add your customisations back in after that. If you need further help with this, then please post admin WordPress and FTP login details in private.

I’m not sure what you mean by hard return though, do you want it to always break there on tablet screens? If so, then please wrap the icon+number and icon+email in separate paragraphs or divs, preferably with different IDs or classes, so that we can target them with CSS.
