Please check our documentation on how to update your theme: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. I would recommend that you perform the update on a staging/development version of your site first, if you are worried about breaking your production site.

Thanks for reaching out to us. If you don’t have access to the Themeforest account which was used to purchase your theme license, then I would recommend that you purchase a new license, since you will have problems every time you want to update otherwise.

We can’t tell you exactly what the problem is if we can’t actually see it, but I would recommend that you try to update to the latest version of the theme in any case. If you want to try the update first, then you can update on a staging/development version of the site first.

If you could enable debug mode, then we can copy the content of the problem page to a test page as well: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. If you need help with that, then make sure that Appearance->Theme Editor is enabled on your installation, or include FTP login details as well.

Thanks for that. What happens if you activate the parent theme, or remove header.php and footer.php from your child theme? You might have to replace those files in your child, then add your customisations back in after that.

Are you using a child theme? If you are, then please activate the parent theme to see if the problems go away. You might have to replace the files you are overriding in your child theme with the content from the parent theme. You can add your customisations back in after that.
