Thanks for the login details. Does it make any difference if you deactivate all plugins? You could also try to use a different PHP version, to see if that changes anything. You could try 7.4 for example, if that is available. If you need further help, then please share server logs with us.

Thanks for the update. It should be enough to add the token to the theme only, but that sometimes fails due to different reasons. It could be a server or security configuration for example. I see that you are running a security plugin on the site you linked to for example, does it make any difference if you deactivate that?

There are no different tokens, so one should be enough. You can use the same token for all sites if you like, but I would recommend that you use different tokens for each site, in case you should need to use a license for a different site at some point.

Are you overriding header.php or footer.php in a child theme? If so, then please replace those files with the parent theme files, then add your customisations back in after that. If that is not the problem, then please include admin WordPress and FTP login details in private.

Thanks for the update, and for the clarification. Could it be that the Google test is wrong then? You are getting good scores in other tests, and the site loads very fast in an actual browser. Isn’t that all you need really? We can’t tell you exactly how the Google test work unfortunately, but if the site loads fast in real life, then isn’t that enough?

If you think that the theme is responsible for your bad score at Google, then I would recommend that you run tests using other themes, then compare them.
