Please post admin WordPress login details in private to your staging site, so that we can have a closer look.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. What is the password for the front page? Also, are we allowed to temporarily deactivate plugins for debugging purposes?
Best regards,
RikardHey daves1997,
You can check all demos here: https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-overview/

RikardHey dolandr,
Does it make any difference if you rename the plugin folder via FTP? That should deactivate all plugins. If you need help with that, then please include admin WordPress and FTP login details in private.
Best regards,
RikardHey NicoleVA,
Thanks for the login details. I checked in your WP File manager plugin, and it looks to be added in header.php in your child theme. It starts at line 68 and ends at line 75.
Best regards,
RikardHi Paul,

RikardHi,
You can use the email in private, just make sure to post the login details here in private, so that all moderators have access to them. You should be able to get FTP login details via your hosting provider.

RikardHey CPM_usa,
Are you overriding footer.php or header.php in a child theme? If so, then try replacing those files with the parent theme files, then add your customisations back in.

RikardHi Grobi,
Great, I’m glad that Yigit could help you out. Templates which are being overridden in child themes don’t have to be updated in general, but if there is a change in the parent theme file, then the file in the child theme might have to be updated as well, like in this case.

RikardHi,
I removed the margin you added in the element options, then added padding to it instead using CSS in Quick CSS. Please review your site.

RikardHi Liana,
We can upload the new version of the theme for you in a separate folder on your current site, that gives you an opportunity to try it out, and quickly switch back if something should go wrong. If you would like help with that, then please include admin WordPress and FTP login details in private.

RikardHey dcarlsondesign,
You should be able to do that with the Yoast SEO plugin: https://themeskills.com/disable-media-attachment-pages-wordpress/

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.9) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please try the suggestions in this article: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/contact-form/#my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails-

Thanks for the update. Please try this CSS as well:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #header_meta .container { width: 100%; max-width: 100%; padding: 0 !important; } }Best regards,
RikardHey tammiviestinta,
I see that some resources on your site is minified/cached, could you try clearing that to see if it helps please? If not, then please try to temporarily deactivate it.
We would appreciate if you could send us login details in each thread, so that we don’t have to go through your old threads in order to find login details.

Please try to install and configure this plugin: https://envato.com/market-plugin/
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I see that the Post Slider is not displaying on your site, but I can’t reproduce the problem on a test installation. Are you overriding anything in your child theme which might affect that element maybe? You can check if the problem is coming from your child if you activate the parent theme. If it starts working after that, then the problem is coming from the child. If you need further help, then please include FTP login details in private as well.
